Td Canada Trust

It is so hard to get a hold of their customer service rep when I tried to call the branch where I am banking with they directed me to a voicemail. You cant get help from ASAP you need it. They sucks!

I went to this td bank forest lawn branch to have an account opened today; was served by Mr. Dayo. Now... I RARELY post a review... but today this guy made me post one. Today, I received the best customer service in my life - hands down! Dayo was polite and focused on my needs and provided me with the most suitable account according to my needs. Keep up the good work TD by hiring people like Dayo!

Never had a problem with this TD. Staff are very polite and respectful.

Service is good although I cringe when I have to decide to go in the business line or the other. Unwittingly, I frequently end up choose the slower line. This has to be one of the busiest TDs in the city.

Won't answer the phone to make an appointment and then gets mad at you when you show up looking to speak with an agent.

BEWARE!!!

NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH TD BEFORE BUT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TO DEPOSIT ON THIS BRANCH!

DON'T EVER ALLOW THE TELLER TO COUNT YOUR CASH ON THE MACHINE, THEY SHOULD COUNT IT IN FRONT OF YOU! I LOST $100 FOR SOME REASON I DON'T KNOW! SHE TOOK SO LONG ON THE MACHINE FOR SOME REASON!

Lesson learned: DON'T TRUST ANYBODY! DON'T ALLOW THE TELLER TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT COUNTING IT IN FRONT OF YOU! (Specially that fat lady)

Stood in line for 20mins to advance 10'. In the meantine, the line doubled in size while the manager stood idly by gossiping with friends. Five minutes later, when she was back at her desk, a teller asked her for help. She didn't even get off her ass to help him, just called out instructions from her desk.
