Very friendly staffs

The investment staff lack the knowledge and experience to handle investment transactions, very frustrating dealing with inexperienced staff.
The tellers on the other hand are friendly and effecient.

Easy access and pleasant staff.

I was refused the service of depositing my cheque because it wasn't dated in a way that pleased the teller, Vincent. It "seemed weird" that the paycheques in my history were not perfectly spaced in date, so he refused to process it, despite having deposited over a dozen incongruously dated cheques from my boss before at other TD locations. He even told me that I should try another TD, which, to me, implies that it is personal discretion rather than policy which determines the outcome - and if that's the case, he is taking personal liberty to refuse my business on behalf of the company that he works for.
