The worst banking experience I have ever encountered!!! I cannot put to words how unprofessional these bank tellers are. New Management has taken over 2 years ago and the bank rules have all changed! I have never experienced any issues depositing a cheque from my employer that i have worked for for over SIX YEARS, but their management wanted to "hold" my cheque because it was apparently "suspicious" because the amount on the cheque has been higher than previous. OBVIOUSLY because i have been in school and have only been part time. SINCE WHEN WAS IT NOT ALLOWED TO BE MAKING MORE MONEY IN THIS COUNTRY ?! how dare they have the right to hold a cheque that definitely is legitimate since it has been proccessed with no problem for over six years. warning to all bank customers to AVOID this location since management is obviously money hungry and would rather make their business weak than encourage more bankers to do their banking there.

Great experience, will do all my banking here from now on. Devon did a fantastic job, he worked tirelessly for me...highly recommend this branch.

This bank is an absolute joke and I have nothing but problems any time I've had to come here. Ive tried to deposit government cheques, payroll cheques, money orders and they always tell me that my money has to be held for 5 days. I came in once to have my phone code for banking updated and they didn't listen to anything I said and instead reset all my telephone and mobile banking information and I had to go home and fix everything myself. I never have any of these problems at any other bank I go to so I don't know what their problem is. Avoid this location at all costs.

Deserves 0 stars. Manager would not cash a cheque which was authorized by other party on cheque.... despite having deposited cheques in both our names before... despite 10 years of spotless banking record with TD.... despite that I offered to call her, have her facetime her drivers license over etc.

Manager was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to make ANY effort to accommodate the customer because "that's the way it is" "that's our policy" .... aka doesn't matter who you are, we're going to treat you all like scam artists.

Leaving TD permanently now, SO much happier. If only this was the first incident I've had at TD in the last 12 months alone.

Horrible Service. First agent was 20mins late for our meeting... had to reschedule. Second agent was 30mins late for our meeting. I ended up talking to the branch manager and moving my appointment to a new branch. This branch does not deserve your business, neither do they even try to earn it.
