Great space, lots of customer service agents. Waiting area is very nice.

Visiting from out of town. Went to the branch for money order. Mgr assists me at teller. Start giving me 20 questions and asks for ID. Says it's policy for out of province. BS. I've been every province and never been grilled on taking out my own money. Racist.

very unprofessional, your a treated like your not even there. I book a meeting with one of their brokers from td water house and they made me wait for over 45min. sorry, but my time is valuable as well so I don't have time to wait on you.

TD CANADA INSURANCE, DON'T USE.
After being a loyal client for 10 plus years, over $20,000 spent in insurance and one claim for a stolen quad I was taken to cleaners for $170.00.
I cancelled my existing policy in December of 2016 due to my ex having access and causing issues with the policy.
I found out that they had been insuring my F450 that I sold in 2015, up to current date of January of 2017, and there was an a balance of $170.00 owing on the F450 for PLPD.
I informed them it hasn't been registered since 2013, and sent them info to that effect.
I moved it to be sold in 2015, and required temp insurance to move it as a display, but didn't require PLPD after that, it was never cancelled after the temp was placed, they even confirmed the temp insurance request to be moved.
I sent in the bill of sale from 2015, to show the error, they even admitted that the temp should have been removed. I wasn't worried about the 2015 or 2016 as what was done was done, but I got the bill for early cancellation on it in January for the 2017, and even after being told that the bill of sale, and the temp thing checked out, they sent me to collections with no notice or email, or even a mail notice.
I spoke to the customer service and was informed that their underwriters are firm on the $170.00 being owed as its never been registered since the sale....of course it wasn't the motor was blown, and was used for parts and a display board.
Even the customer rep felt it was an injustice, but since the new owner didn't register the blown engine truck, they figure i should have to pay insurance on it.
I'm paying the $170.00, as court would be silly over that amount.
If your in the market for auto/home insurance, rest assured TD is not the answer.

I also had a problem with the manager there. She exhibited very little regard for my concerns. Her approach to my problem was highly unprofessional. She basically does not listen and does not care to. My concerns were easily rectified at another branch.

First time I had a very bad experience with the Manager of the branch at the core center. Not respectful for the client at all. Also, first time I was attended by her. I will avoid the branch for better results.

Online and phone support is terrible, with one person passing me to the next. I cannot get one simple message organised after having to move back to Ireland. Being told over and over again that I need to call into a branch which might be a bit difficult. In this day and age can your online support not be more modern and helpful and not just deal in paperwork which can not be accessed.
