As owner of A Laptop Shoppe, I have to say I'm disappointed with the inexperienced staff at this branch . Not to mention the ridiculous lineups which warrant more staff . I had trouble depositing a business check and I got there 5 minutes after the business line up closed the newfangled Bank machines that are supposed to take your checks don't work sometimes and of course the real teller can't help you unless you wait in lineups Like This.

I had the worst banking experince at this branch. Opened Borderless Account and instead of a hold of 5 business days on deposits, they put a hold on the whole account leading to declined preauthorised payments. Poorly trained staff. Stay away from this branch.

Busy place, Long waiting period, some employees not enough knowledge

First of all teller was extremely rude, because she couldn't do what I wanted, staff does not know meaning of privacy, 4-5 people were looking at the monitor when the lady was helping me, lady who helped me had no knowledge of TD, she was suggesting me to go to other bank, while she was helping me she preferred to chat with co-workers instead of the customer, I wish I could give the staff zero star. I will never go back to this branch.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I have had 3 separate times now where they have absolutely screwed me over.....thanks td....ill be going to a different bank... Ive had my account for 4 years and yet at this ONE branch i always have problems.... Banks are supposed to keep your money safe and provide services promptly not end up costing me MORE money.....not happy whatsoever....

BEWARE OF TD, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! IVE BEEN CHECKING MY ONLINE BANKING AND BULLSHIT FEES I WASNT TOLD ABOUT ARE SHOWING UP $55 FOR NOTHING!! DO NOT GO WITH THESE GOOFS BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
