We were looking for a hard-to-come-by 8' box on a heavy-half ton and happened to see not one but TWO online with this dealership. I called them and had the pleasure of speaking with Gus. We made our choice and Gus and Jeff did all the leg work with us over the phone as we are 6 hours away from Edmonton. We flew in at the end of the week and only spend about an hour and a half at the dealership then we drove away with our new truck! it was a fantastic experience and Gus is a wonderful, helpful and not pushy salesman. Absolutely recommend these guys any time!

I had the opportunity to buy a Mustang from this dealership and this dealership has been very welcoming. The Sales Consultant assisting me was Piyush Goyal.

He had ensured I get a good deal on the mustang. Cashback. Modification seats and a lot more.

Not only did they facilitate my trade-in, they surpassed my expectations and found me a brand new vehicle well within my budget (I was expecting something used). There was absolutely no pressure, and every single person I spoke with throughout the process was friendly and genuine.

After getting into a car accident I contacted team ford to look for a new or used car. I spoke to basim chehayeb

I told him what I was looking for and my budget. I came in a couple days later to look at a couple escapes he had. I was kinda set on a getting a black one but after looking at the ones he had it still didn’t meet up to what I wanted in an escape. He then told me about a really good deal on 2013 escape with lots of options but it’s white. It was 4x4 and a V6 engine with the others were not. I took it for a dive and liked it a lot despite it being white.

I decided that this was the car for me

We sat down and got all the paperwork going.



I had to wait a couple of days to get my insurance money and he held it for me.

At the price we agreed on.

Once everything was said and done he had the vehicle detailed and washed to a show room finish for me. Basim was great to work with and really helpful in finding me something the worked for me and my budget.

I have upgraded them to a three star because the assistant manager took the time to call to address my concerns. We have since come to an agreement, and I will update again once everything is completed.



Have my car in there, getting $2300 worth of work. They called and suggested that I put spark plugs and a thermostat into it for an extra $1300, and the motor is already apart. The service advisor tried feeding me all kinds of bullshit about all the extra parts it needed, all of which were being replaced in the $2300 repair. Every time that I caught him on his bullshit, he just kept digging it deeper. I got it down to $500 which is still insane. I called three other shops and they all quoted around the $500 mark, which would include taking all of the parts that Team already had off.

I m with this dealership from 2011 when I bought my 1st car they were really gud people in every department but last week had really bad experience in service went there for spark plugs replace they kept my car for around 1 hour 20 min and charge me labour for 2 hours and when look work they did they not even put engine cover nuts back and not sure howz they did on spark plugs becoz can't see from out side but performance should go better but it's goes down. Highly not recommended

I flew down to buy a used 2015 truck but it was new to me and my first truck I've gotten on my own. Needless to say I was excited. Spoke to the sales guy Sunday and was told it would go in for 3M Monday morning. I told them my flight would land at 11:30 and I was told the truck would he ready by noon. Well it wasn't. I sat there for 7.5 hours waiting for my truck and just kept getting told it'll be another 30 min another 45 min max hour and then again 30 min. I finally said give me a time as I could be doing other things then sitting at the dealership. I finally got told around 6 I could take the truck for a drive and the 3M was done. Well they forgot about the mirrors and didn't continue it to the back of the box. I could tell they rushed it as there was airpockets everywhere and one spot didn't even stick down. I take it for a drive and come back park under a light as it's dark out already and notice the front bumper was broken and then tried to 3M around it. I was pissed as I wasn't told there was any damage to the truck and why try 3M over a broken bumper. So I then point out that the mirrors aren't done and the guy said yes he was in a hurry as we were only told at 4 o'clock yesterday it had to be done. So I said complete the task I asked and am paying for to be done or I was going to pull the plug and say f*** it!! They left many thing out that if I had known wouldn't of bought the truck. Went to sign papers and papers didn't match the first bill of sale I received. Plus there was 400 km difference from what the bill of sale said and what was actually on the truck. The only reason the truck left the lot is because the sales manager righted some wrongs and smoothed things over the best he could. So the excitement etc of buying my first vehicle was lost and replaced with mistrust and anger. Well I drive the 7 hours back home after finally leaving there at 7:30 and the next day go to start it and lone and behold it doesn't start. I try again and it tries to start and doesn't. I try one last time and it took a bit to turn over and start. So since I had had enough I made an appointment for it to get looked at. Well I got pissed all over again. The cause of it not starting is that the fuel pump has to be replaced as well as the interior lights dashboard. So I was sold a truck that they said they did an inspection on and yet needs a new fuel pump. Thank god it is still on warranty. Then they say they'll send me the pst I paid as I'm from BC and still haven't received it when they said it would be purolated. I'm not paying out of pocket the taxes to register it and bank on them sending it. Worst experience ever!! But thank you to the sales manager for at least showing he was sorry. Only reason I walked out with that truck was because he actually did things to right the wrong while i was at the dealership.

I was visiting Edmonton from out of town, and had car problems - no heater fan in February. I’ve never felt more dismissed from a service department ever. I’m convinced the service advisor I dealt with was committed to doing as little as possible. Leave my car all day? Ok. I can do that. Leave it all day when it might not get looked at? No. “I’ll mention you’re out of town to the service dispatcher.” Great! But not until I leave my car for the day. She wouldn’t even start on the paperwork!



Turns out they didn’t have the part I needed. An offer to find it at another dealer? Nope. Just “It takes 5-7 business days to get here.” I had to do my own legwork to find a solution. No help at all. Go somewhere else if you can. I did. My first and certainly my LAST visit to Team Ford.

I bought a F150 from this dealership wich had a vibration in it ....bookd an appointment took it in got a message from them sayin thy dint have time to look at it and will let me know wen thyll have time too...i dont know im stupid or thy are who dsnt know wat appointments mean had to pik my truk up thy dint even look at it.....service suks a#$...do not recomend any one to go there

Apparently a deposit on truck means nothing to this dealer. They sold the truck I put deposit on the morning I was bringing a check from my bank. Would never do business with them in my life ever!
