Telos Wellness

Telos Wellness is dedicated to sharing perspectives and insights from the person course work of Lisa Belter. On my website I show my journey since I was 24 and had my first spiritual awakening in Thailand.

I started my journey with wellness. I was looking for ways to heal my digestion and stumbled upon the work for Dr. Bernard Jensen. This lead me to an extraordinary journey on a small island, Koh Tao in Thailand. There I met my first teacher who instructed me on Reiki and shared ideas that I had never before encountered. A gifted psychic from Victoria granted me room for my spirit to learn and for my inner guide to come alive and so the curiosity for wanting to know more began at 23.

I am now in my late 40's–stilling learning and gathering information, enjoying every course, every teacher and every new friend I meet along the way. I feel blessed to have been given the parents and environment I did to foster such a rich path of awakening.

I am here to share my own story of mental health, being a woman, desiring love, and loving my daughter . . . all from the wisdom I have gained. This is my contribution to this planet.
