Telus - Phoneco

Jannessa and June in Peace River are amazing!!! Their service and willingness to help me was outstanding! After talking to a Telus rep on the phone today, that I had a REALLY hard time understanding, I hung up not exactly knowing what he was talking about. After going through all the confirmation emails they sent me after the call, I apparently signed up for more than what I originally called in for. I phoned and spoke to Jannessa in PR and she went through my account and phoned Telus back for me and had everything fixed for me!! I didn't have to call back and wait forever for a rep or anything! She did it all and was so understanding of my frustration!! She saved me a whole bunch of time and I can't thank her enough!!! Excellent customer service!

I would like to send a huge shout out to Tabitha! Excellent customer service! I can’t thank you enough for making sure I got the offer that was sent to me!! You made everything super easy!! �

Been trying to get my smart hub working for a week and with in a hr the awesome people at phoneco had it up and running

Working in the customer service industry, I am well aware that things can get in the way of people making it to you before closing time. However, when someone calls me ahead of time to let me know that they're on their way and asks if someone could stay, especially when they're coming in from out of town, I am more than happy to do so. This is apparently not how the staff at PhoneCo feel. I called when I was about 10 minutes away to ask if they could help me out when I got there, and was simply told that there was 10 minutes before closing time. I got to the mall 3 minutes past closing time, and there were 4 people in the store still. Was told that "the computers stop working at 6pm" - funny they could still help the customers there though. Definitely will not be attempting to go back.
