Thank you for your interest in consigning your items with me through online Facebook auctions.

I operate similar to a consignment shop. We split the auction sales 50 /50. (I give you 50% of the total auction sales. )

Once you have a drop off appointment booked with me, all you have to do is drop off your items at my house (I am located in McKenzie Towne) and specify which items you would like back if no one bids on them. Then you'd be responsible to pick up any leftover items and your bins within 2 weeks. If you don't want them, they will be donated to charity. I work with you if there are items you are wanting to state the starting bid - for example: high priced and high end items.

I take the photos, write up descriptions, post on South Calgary Super Auctions and bag and sell your items once the auction is over. Then you can pick up cash once all the buyers have paid and picked up or I can send you an email money transfer (a $5. 00 surcharge for this service will be deducted from your total).

When considering what items to sell in auction, I choose items that are going to bring in the most money. It's got to be worth the time for both of us. ***NO GARAGE SALE ONE DOLLAR ITEMS PLEASE. ***

BRANDS OF LADIES CLOTHING I AM NOT ACCEPTING:
George (Walmart) Costa Blanca, Old Navy, JOE Fresh (unless it's like new or NWT and super cute), Suzy Sheer, Ricki's, Reitman's, smart set, la senza, Victoria secret, garage, Dynamite and similar quality brands. * I also don't accept lingerie or underwear unless New With Tags.

I will only take items in "Excellent" to "new with tags" condition. I can't stress CLEAN clothes only. *** due to the high volume of dirty clothes and stained clothes being brought to me, I ask that you PLEASE bring them to me freshly laundered or new with tags.

The items need to be "in season. " Shorts and tanks just don't sell in the Fall /Winter.
No holes, pilling on sweaters, stains, rips or damage. It's just not worth the time to try to sell that kind of stuff. Things that do well: name brand clothing, shoes and purses. Knock offs aren't allowed on the site.
Name brand jewelry (ex: Stella & Dot)
Housewares. Kitchen stuff, home decor.
Things you got as gifts but never used.
Kids and baby clothes.

Men's clothes don't typically do well. There just doesn't seem to be the right market on Facebook. I've tried a few times now and you barely get more than the starting bid. If you let me know what brands they are, I might consider selling them for you.

I prefer to sell your items in categories. It sells best that way. You will need a minimum of 10 items per album (thankfully there is no maximum # of items).
I can only have 2 albums up at a time. The maximum time for the auction is 48 hours. Customers have one week to pick up their winnings.
I stay on top of it to make sure people don't forget to pick up. When the auction closes, I private message everyone who won and ask them when they can pick up.

If you have large items - like furniture - you can take photos and email them to me with dimensions. If it's too big /heavy to bring to me then you will need to work with me and the buyer to have them pick it up at your house. Smaller furniture items will be accepted at drop off.

Please let me know if you have pets and or smoke in the home.

If possible, bring your items over in a Rubbermaid tote labelled with your name. (A sturdy cardboard box will do as well) Totes will be returned to you. 3 BIN MAXIMUM PER DROP OFF.
Ps: if you have friends or family that would benefit from my service, feel free to provide them with my phone or email.
