What a great bike shop!

My husband and I were in Jasper for a couple of days and had pre-booked bike hire somewhere else in town months before. When we went to collect our bikes the man was very rude and after a palava over ID we didn't want to give him our money anyway! Our lift had left and we were stranded in town in bike gear at 10 to 6! Randall came to our rescue! Despite nearly closing time Randall and his wife sorted out two bikes for us, helmets, locks and helped set them up. They couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great time exploring the local area. Highly recommend this great shop and wish them both every success for the future! Thanks guys!

Superfriendly and helpful staff, quality bikes and great service! This is definitley THE bike shop you should visit in Jasper! Thank you soooo much, because of you we were able to have a fantastic day at Berg Lake (Mount Robson) with our little girl. Lots of love from Belgium!

Randall knows his bikes and his technical gear. I've never had a more pleasant experience in a shop then when Randall is the sales person helping me find what I need. Best of luck to you and your family in this new retail adventure!
