Brad was super helpful in helping us choose and fit the right bike. We had to do an exchange, and it was absolutely hassle free.

Great staff, made the 40 min drive worth it. Ended up purchasing two road bikes, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I'm hoping that their South location will be just as good when the time comes for some tune-ups.

Great Staff. Excellent Customer Service. Brendon looked after my account. He asked about my cycling history/habits and what kind of riding I was planning to do. They shoed me all sorts of bikes and sizes. Finally he brought out the Trek 3500 - 2016 model and the proper size. Got to test and fell in love with it. BM has lots of knowledge and does an great job in fitting your bike needs. If you are going there see Brendon.

Just bought my wife and I our mountain bikes here along with a THULE bike rack and honestly 5 stars is not enough to show how awesome this place is!

Great quality bikes, prices are way better than Bow Cycle or any other bike shop, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

Definetly coming back!

The staff here are abrupt and not really interested in you if you are not a 'cool'enough rider. I watched one customer come to the counter three times to pay, like myself, she was an older woman and the young pretty female on the till just sat there, did not acknowledge this customer at all. Meanwhile the customers riding friends were waiting outside for her. I had time to notice all this because I was waiting for a staff member to bring me a helmet. Here's how that discussion went - what helmet would be best? Reply - the only difference is if you want a visor or not. Me - really why is there such a price difference then? Reply - oh these (points to all helmets above the $99 one, have some kinda new thing, basically concussion proof Me- thinking Hmm I work in concussion research and I know no such product exits so I say - Really how does that work? Reply - some kinda thing here shifts around Me - k well thanks I will just look around. I read up on the helmets on line and bought one. A bad way to reinforce brutal uniformed customer service. And then I waited 10 minutes for the staff member to find the helmet while the woman at the service desk ignored me ( not even polite chit chat - you know relationship building with your customer....) and the woman trying to pay. Crazy and not impressed, I would never buy a bike here just because I appreciate spending large amounts of cash in stores where the staff care about me, the customer.

Convenient location for the NW with lots of parking. They fixed the brakes on my road bike on the spot and for free and then they helped me trouble shoot what was wring with my bike pump. So friendly and helpful. Top marks. I think i have found 'my' bike shop.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to work with the costumer to get whats right for them. As well many times they could have sold me exactly what i was looking at but took the time and either fixed or sold me what was more appropriate. Which in my favor has saved me a fair amount of money.
