My Specialized Fatboy makes me happy :-) Thank you Bike Shop for taking care of me from the sale to warranty to service!

I went to the bike shop to replace my bike pedals and the technician removed the old pedals (which were difficult to remove) and when he found out the pedals I had given him were the wrong size he gave me a set of "old" pedals. The great thing was the "old" pedals looked perfectly new. The other bigger bonus was that I wasn't charged for anything. Totally awesome!

I really haven't had a lot of luck with this store. I bought a 2000 dollar bike from them and hey I love the bike I bought . The customer service and help after I bought the bike though was absolutely terrible. It is like they took my money and ran. I have tried to purchase accessories from them and have had no help or luck with that , and I have been in the store three times asking questions and getting information and I got none. I have since purchased all my accessories elsewhere and I would not ever return to this store as I feel they pocketed my money and wanted nothing to do with me after that. The tune up for life is a lie, tried to make appointments to get my bike done , no way man wont happen , the swept me out the door like the dust on their floor. The also made me false promises, so to bad so sad there are many bike stores in Calgary and I will take my business elsewhere. I gave them two stars just because I do like the bike I bought , I didn't get help from them either with that I had already chosen the bike I purchased. Expect nothing from them after you buy a bike.

I bought 2 bikes from the Bike Shop, one for my wife, one for myself. I was looking around, not really knowing what to look for, when I was met by Ryan, one of the salesman on duty at the time. Ryan was very knowledgeable in all facets of biking, and gave me the best no-nonsense advice on what kind of bike would be best suited for our biking needs. He was so honest in fact that he talked me away from spending more than I had to, to accommodate our style of riding, and pointed me in the direction of 2 bikes that we absolutely love.
If there is one thing I appreciate from a salesman, or saleswoman, is honesty. Ryan had it, and because of that, The Bike Shop will be getting all of my bike related business.
I would also like to say that the mechanics on staff are fantastic to talk to, are very knowledgeable as well, and were more than willing to allow me to watch them work, whilst walking me through the processes of the repairs and maintenance necessary to keep my new bikes in top shape. All in all, I'll definitely be back for a long time to come!

Even when willing to buy parts and tools here, the service staff are reluctant to help figure out the parts needed. Every experience here is different. Sometimes its great, sometimes (such as right now) you wait on hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone in service to pick up the phone. They have also removed any discounts for association with trail associations such as MMBTS. Bow Cycle still offers 15%...something to consider.

The Bike Shop has helpful staff that have always been able to answer my questions. I purchased my bicycle from here in 2016 and had good experiences having it serviced by them since.

Honestly can't believe how good these guys are. Go and see Justin, he knows his stuff! Despite being busy they have great communication between employees, knowledgeable, and fantastic service. Please bring any sort of bike here and don't go to speed theory; know their stuff!

Nothing but great things to say about the bike technicians at The Bike Shop. Special thanks and kudos to Sean! My front wheel got stolen and I brought it in to get replaced. Sean had me set up with a new wheel at a great price in less than 15 minutes. He was quick, thorough, honest and friendly. I highly recommend bringing your bike here for service! In my experience, these guys/gals know what they are doing. My go-to bike shop, thanks!
