The Brick Mattress Store

I have purchased 3 mattresses over the past 5 years at the Brick Mattress store in Leduc. this past weekend, We went in looking for some better pillows to help with neck and arm issues. We were helped by Corrina Cree. she was able to help fit both me and my husband for pillows that would suit our needs. in conversation i had mentioned that i may be in need of a new mattress shortly as mine is quite out of shape. She mentioned to me that i could have warranty on it. She went in and pulled my original invoice and let me know that i still had 5 years remaining. I had not even thought of warranty on my mattress. She mentioned that the process starts with an online application. i went home pulled it up and in a matter of 10 minutes had started my claim including the pictures required. 3 days later i received an email stating i had been approved for a replacement mattress. Since my mattress is no longer being made Corrina was able to match a new mattress with our needs for the replacement, delivery will be this Saturday. So with in a week with out even knowing this was available i will be sleeping on a brand new mattress.. thank you so much for you help!! You have truly gone above and beyond for us.
