The Brick Mattress Store - Calgary Shepard

The sales guy was rediculously rude, wouldn't even listen to the fact that another brick mattress store offered a different price on the same mattress. All he said was "not in my store". Didn't even ask any questions, not to mention it took him 30 minutes to get to us because he took so long to fill out another customers paperwork.. So long that they apologized for him taking so long. Don't go to this location

They had an absolutely great mattress on special, but charged me extra because I wanted a smaller size (a full/double instead of a King or Queen) how in the hell can a smaller matress cost more than a larger matress.... It just makes no sense at all.

Worst place in Calgary to buy a bed. Will not return a defective product. Instead try to sell you another item instead of returning the defective item. Rude sales people, poorest customer service I have every had. I'd rather buy a bed from Walmart then step foot in this store again

Felt like they weren't motivated to sell. The guy Thomas we spoke to was apparently a store manager. Told him what we were looking for, he showed us one bed, that was on sale. Don't be sold for 50% Off because if you take 1 minute to drive across the street sleep country will beat that price for you. "Store manager" cuts me off when I even asked can you include delivery in that price his immediate answer was NO in the middle of sentence. That I found it very rude. Before I left I asked for his business card, he says "hopefully to see you". Well he can keep hoping because we ended up buying one across the street for way less.

Kevin was very helpful in finding the right mattress. Answered questions when asked and gave us space when we needed it. He also wasn't pushy or trying to up sell us like the other Brick locations.

The mattress/bed-set was delivered in good condition however the delivery personnel was unpleasant . They should not expect customers to sign off "contents were not damaged during delivery" when everything is boxed and packaged on delivery. They also failed to inform me that i have 3 days, if I find any damage, to get a new unit
