I recently purchased 2 large TV ŌĆśs and a bunch of lovely Decore items from Bjorn and his team. I am so pleased to say they went out of their way to personally deliver it all to me in Didsbury.

Theses guys exemplify customer service and small town hospitality.



Thank you for supporting Olds and all of my kids sports so I donŌĆÖt have to drive to the city and be disappointed by the lack of care or concerns or my community.

Just bought two mattress sets from The Brick today, Amanda was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Awesome experience!

I had an issue with a mattress that I purchased from the Brick in Olds. The manager, Dane, has been professional, kind, and attentive in helping with the warranty claim. Rob, a sales associate there, was patient and very informative about their products when I went to try out different mattresses. Although I was previously very unhappy (the mattress company was not able to help me directly), my concerns were taken seriously and Dane rectified the issue and I am definitely a happy customer now! I recommend the Brick in Olds to anyone looking for their next mattress!

Friendly staff, great showroom, and they are involved in the Olds community!

Terrible service. Spent $2000. Salesman guaranteed us a delivery date. Then we paid and he changed his mind on the date. I said no bc i wasnŌĆÖt available the day he tried to change it to, so guaranteed the date again. Called the day before delivery, playing dumb about the date he guaranteed. Saying he didnŌĆÖt say that day. Even tho it was on my invoice, he changed it in the computer system after we left. Few days later I had to make 4 phone calls to the brick. Each person I talked to including the manager promised a phone call back and nothing. Our salesman was somehow never there when I called. Finally got stuff delivered at 9 pm a few days after promised delivery date. Still waiting for my promised phone call back from the manager. Guaranteed he wonŌĆÖt call bc he said he would refund the delivery charges. Clearly they donŌĆÖt care about returning customers. Lied to make a sale and then they donŌĆÖt care after that.
