Matt & Kayleigh were both amazingly patient and informative in helping me pick out everything I needed. I was able to take my time and ask a lot of questions and it was just an all around positive experience. Excellent customer service, I can’t say thank you enough for all the help.
I had a great experience at this location. I bought a high end queen mattress set and accessories. I found April to be very knowledgeable about all the different options and the science behind each as well as knowing how to get me the best deals. I visited other locations but couldn't get the same level of service. She's patient and easy to deal with and carefully assessed my wants and needs and matched me up with a great bed.
Brett was amazing helping us out at their Black Friday sale! Always great service at this location!
