The Bridal Boutique

I cannot say enough good things about this Bridal Boutique! Their new location is beautiful, with lots of space to move around in. Their dress selection was second to no one, with lots of different options to pick from. I worked with Kay who was an absolute blast to work with. Once we got on the same page as to what I wanted, she pulled three more dresses and that’s all I needed. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, while being completely hilarious! She made it so easy to say yes to the dress! Cannot recommend this boutique enough!!

There is a very wide selection of high quality dresses in a variety of budgets. The boutique itself is beautiful, spacious, and well lit. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We were also given enough time and space to make a final decision. Lilian was delightful and not pushy at all, which we appreciated very much. She is very experienced and made sure that I found a dress that I felt comfortable in and that suited me. Would definitely recommend the Bridal Boutique! Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience this past Saturday at the Bridal Boutique Edmonton. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses. My consultant was amazing! Listened to my family's opinions but made sure she focused on my thoughts, opinions and critiques. I only had to try on 7 dresses to find "the one." All my questions were answered about alterations and changes I wanted made to the dress. All around amazing experience. Definitely going to go bridesmaid dress shopping there! Thank you for such a fantastic appointment and an easy process!

I purchased my wedding dress at The Bridal Boutique in July, my mom ordered her dress for the wedding here in September and my bridesmaids just ordered their dresses here tonight. All I have to say is AMAZING experience so far. As a bride, I could not be happier with the quality of service myself and my bridal party have received. The owner is absolutely wonderful (I absolutely love her honesty and her ability to be as honest as she is while still keeping a level of professionalism that I think any successful businesswoman should have). She is easy to talk to and does everything that she can to make everyone who walks into her shop feel special and comfortable to be there. The new location is gorgeous and all of the staff are friendly and approachable! I am definitely looking forward to going back to pick up my dress and my girls dresses! I would absolutely recommend The Bridal Boutique to anyone who asks.

The Bridal Boutique was the second store I went to when I was in Edmonton to pick out my wedding dress. As soon as my group of ladies and I walked into the store, Kay welcomed us in and made us feel like she was a part of the bridal party as well.

The whole experience was a completely different one from the first store we went to - Kay was so involved in the process, and did it with such a warm energy! (It was so much fun.) I explained what I had in mind, and what I had already tried on, and she found dresses for me that were perfectly suited for my body shape.

I said yes to the first dress she had pulled off the rack for me. Kay sent me out into the mall just for fun to see what the dress would like in the light. I’ve honestly never met a sales person I enjoyed as much as her. The dress-shopping experience is 100 times better when you have a consultant that does their job with flare, and Kay has it!

Kay was amazing! She helped me into every dress! She was very honest with me, and got me to go outside my comfort zone and try on some dresses that I didn't think I could pull off. I went to numerous stores and left most of them feeling discouraged. Thanks to Kay I found the perfect dress! I would %100 recommend her to any brides!!

Wonderful service! From the moment my bridesmaids and I walked into the shop we were welcomed warmly and made at home. We had the great pleasure of having KAY as our consultant, she was very attentive and had no problem pulling many beautiful dresses within price and to the exact style I was looking for. The Bridal Boutique was the second shop we visited that day and they had the dress of my dreams at a much better price! Kay had no problem extending our appointment so that my bridesmaids could also try on dresses. I have recently returned to The Bridal Boutique and was once again warmly welcomed and able to try on my dress again so we could match it up with beautiful bridesmaid dresses. I cannot wait to receive my dress and see these beautiful ladies again! Highly recommend any bride to be to visit this shop, you will not be disappointed! 👏🏻

Very inconsistent experience. When I bought my dress in January 2016, we dealt with Lisa. She was wonderful. She found me a dress I loved, made me feel special, I was in and out of the store with a purchased dress within 1 hour.
The only awkward part was the two girls who came to measure me were bickering over how to measure me and trying to prove a point of whom was right.
The second time I went, the girl I dealt with okay.
We then ordered a veil in May of 2016 with Lisa. She was great again. We were told it would take 3-6 months to come in since it was being made in Spain. The veil took 10 months to come in. I completely understand that things happen and there are issues in transit, but the frustrating part was the lack of communication and the false information. Between my mother and I, we went in/ called 5 times to check what was going on. I also did not receive a call back 2 out of 4 of the times I called.
I was given 5 different stories of why the veil wasn't in that included : it's back ordered, the veil is in transit and is on it's way (which I was told for 3 months) , the veil is made in France and takes a while, the veil is coming in late because the order was put in late, and lastly; the veil got damaged in transit. Then finally the manager called me and told me what ACTUALLY happen.
The manager was very nice but again I felt as though she it should be addressed that my veil took 10 months and that I had been lied to on numerous occasions.
Overall; the selection at the boutique is good, the prices are good, Lisa was wonderful, the majority of the staff were nice, I got my dress within 5 months with no issues, but I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth being lied to multiple times especially after trying to be nice and patient. Luckily I ordered my veil 13 months before my wedding.. but it's a little concerning that it took so long and nobody communicated to us what was going on.

I had the pleasure of working with Kay. She was strait forward and right to the point with me from the start. She engaged my daughter and allowed her to pic a dress that was not what I wanted, but allowed me to try it just for her. That was sweet. She stuck to my budget and gave good honest suggestions. I had a great experience in the store; and I can't wait to go for my first fitting. Love my dress! Thank you so much Bridal boutique. ❤
