Great employee, he went above and beyond today over an issue I mistakenly forgot to inquire about before my purchase. I got mad even though it was a fault on my end, (because that's what customers do) and he still exceeded his duties to assure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you.

I just picked up a flash, new, still in the box for a really great price and I can always picked up something new to play on any of my consoles. The people here are nice too and will give you a good price for your unwanted stuff. I just cashed in on a bunch of old jewellery I no longer wear. Definitely recommended �

I've been buying and selling here since back in the cash converters days. The prices are always fair for being preowned and a step above compared to ebgames. The staff are always nice and fun to even have a conversation with. The day I stop coming here will be the day I die or move out of the city.

I bought a used receiver from you guys and it works great! it matches the old model that i used to have and i bought it for a third of the price! it even works for the remote i had for it too!

Great store that has a little of something for everyone. It has new and old goods for reasonable to great prices. It seems they do their research to see what is fair value for older / valuable goods, and price them slightly cheaper, which is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and are quite eager to help. They also seem to get in new items on a very regular basis, which means they probably offer good value for stuff people want to sell. All around, a great place to shop if you're looking for a deal or something different.

Amazing selection of movies, and games with a price to match their selection. Being able to buy brand new games at half the price what Game Stop sells them at is phenomenal. If you miss Block Buster for going out and getting good movies to watch, buying 5 at a time at a discounted price then selling them back for new ones is an amazing feature.This store is literally different every day with the goods they come out with and has something for everyone. The staff is SUPER friendly and will bend over backwards to show you, and test anything you have questions with. Every time I have the chance driving by I stop in, I recommend this place to all my friends.

Good helpful staff and good prices

Becca was an outstanding associate. I brought my son in there to buy some Xbox one games. Most times I would wait a long time to get help, but she was there right away. This was during a busy time and while she was cleaning the shelves. It would have been a five star, but I have had some instances where some of the other associates would not even acknowledge me. Thanks Becca for restoring my faith in your store. I just wish that some others had the passion to help like you do.

Neat little place. Was charged for something I didn't buy and considering I live over 90 minutes away was annoyed but otherwise great little shop, lot's of cool finds. I go a few times a year and always find something.

Lots on offer. Nice staff. HOWEVER they need to change their stickers. They are a pain in the arse when it comes to pulling them off. They are the type of sticker that leaves glue and small bits of the sticker behind.

I've been shopping this store every few weeks since it first opened as cash converters, staff are great, but as of the last year or so I've been leaving empty handed regularly. As a carpenter, I like finding a good deal on tools etc, but man, whoever is responsible for doing the buying needs to brush up on local sales from stores such as kms and canadian tire, whom have really good sales weekly. I will continue to shop here, but am not prepared to pay "new" prices for used goods.

For second hand stuff its to pricey aside from that the people that work there are nice and always say hi.

Rip off... they give you nothing for something good.... places like this want your good stuff and will pay you nothing for something.... for desperate ppl only!!!!

Do not ever buy anything from this store. If what you buy doesn’t work they will only offer you in store exchange for something else that probably won’t work as well. The staff is nice and it is not their fault, but this policy is bs and a giant rip off.
