These are the ingredients of The Campfire Sessions.
Ten singer songwriters who play different styles of music, different ages, ethnicity and gender come together in The Campfire Sessions. They each play three songs. One written by themselves and most precious song, one out of three songs pre-selected by the artist and chosen by a group of backers (crowdfunders) and one world-famous song. The condition is that all songs can be played acoustically and unplugged.
The documentary will be released in a limited edition on DVD, or BlueRay, and a deluxe CD amongst many other crowdfunding levels and merchandise. This limited edition will be only available for backers. In addition to the hard copies the music documentary will be released on video on demand channel (pay channel) named: The Campfire Sessions. Besides the hard copies there are various packages available for backers.
Only hundred backers are able to reserve a seat at the unique location to experience the video recordings that will take four days. They will be fully accommodated and catered in a hotel and transported by bus from the hotel to the recording campsite. The recordings are in the early evening and will be videotaped in the open air at the campfire. The public is clearly part of the shooting as well as the Canadian Rocky Mountain area where the shooting of the documentary will take place.

In a special location surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, only ten singer songwriters together in an unplugged setting to play their best songs for an audience of up to one hundred fans.
Crowdfunding fans make it possible to make these recordings of carefully selected artists. In return, crowdfunders can choose from a lot of packages of CDs, DVDs and merchandise to a preferred spot as one of the 100 exclusive seats for people who can attend the live recordings for 4 days in a row.
Our professional video audio and event organization team will record the shows with multiple cameras and a drone and then produce video and audio for the music documentary in HD quality television worthy. The artist is highlighted in brief interviews and background information while also the public plays a role.
Besides the fact that the documentary will appear on DvD for the various levels of crowdfunding supporters the documentary is also offered at various music TV channels and the entire documentary will be available at video on demand channels worldwide. The 100 people who are the happy few to be in the audience will be pampered 4 days in a hotel accommodation on a full board including transport to and from the location of the shooting. Note that there are only 100 seats available, a unique opportunity to spend a few days with your idol.
For the artist, an expense allowance and accommodation on a base of full board will be provided for the shooting days. After the video editing is finished, the artist will receive an access code for the video on demand page to show free of charge their clips to professionals in the music business. The artist receives the footage on DvD and digital file for personal use. Furthermore, the artist shares proportionately in the profits of the video on demand revenue (royalties), television broadcasting and the usual copyright for composer, lyricist and publisher revenue.
