Well as for good and not good service goes lol being once in the same industry years ago I have only had not so good service once at 97-127ave location but I do not go there for the alcohol I go for the nachos plate by far it's the best place to get it as of yestarday nowhere else in the city beats it there but as well the waitress that server my table was like a ninja fast polite very nice to talk too and nice over all

We had an awesome meal at the Canadian brew house our server Madison was very prompt with serving us. Will be back soon.

The manger at this location should seriously be given an appreciation post all the time! He's friendly and treats his customer with nothing but the best service!

Somehow my wallet fell out of my bag onto the booth, I hadnt noticed and walked out. The manager chased me down outside to give it back to me. Thank you so much!!!!! (Also great service, drinks, and food) I will be back.

Looking for a place to take a date to dinner, watch the big game, or take your beer league team to? This is the place!

Awesome food, amazing staff, and a huge building to accommodate any numbers.

Daily specials on food and drink makes it tough to head to any other place any day of the week.

Shorty and the rest of the management and staff are second to none, making their rounds to always ensure their customers are more than satisfied, and wanting to return for their next visit!

Had bad experiences at most brew house places but this one got me to live the place. Special props to Steve the bartender. He was very friendly picked out some great food for me and always made sure I was taken care of. Definitely going back there! Food was awesome the service second to none plus they serve Miller high life in bottles which I have been searching for for years. Great beer great service and great food. THANKS STEVE!!

Even though our playoff run ended...boohoo...I am happy to say we found a new place to get ready for the next run and enjoy every happy hour till then! Excellent staff and service. Great food and tasty libations! Really not a bad spot in the house and the excitement and spirit were through the roof! Always make a friend or two whenever we stop by!

Brewhouse is one of my top favorite places to go. The food is great and always have great service. I believe her named is spelt kristin I may be wrong she is an amazing waitress, very very friendly and always has a smile on her face! She even knows to ask for another spicy Cesar when I'm already have way through the other one that's what I call customer service knowing exactly what your customer is thinking,

Will keep coming here. thanks to all the staff at brewhouse !!!

It's a great place for get togethers be for a concert

Food can be hit or miss . Service is normally fantastic. Do recommend brunch. And hopefully you get lucky to have Amber as a server. Always amazing service!

While the customer service still isn't epic, I don't judge that harshly, when its busy...I get it. When it's not and things take forever to come especially drinks or when things get forgotten that's when I get irked a tad, however with the buttons for calling for things that's helped. I will say that because I can't have gluten the brew house in my opinion makes the best gluten free pizza I've had in Canada. End of story. I often come just for that. I do hope a skip the dishes function starts for them soon as I'd love to have it at home without driving there and back all the time or staying in.

Was my number one amd a 5 star until the menu changed

The head chef needs to go to prime time to see how a donair poutine is properly done. A couple full strips of deli donair meat on a normal poutine (that also didn't look proper) doesn't make it a donair poutine. Own it and do it right! Cheese curds and chunks of donair meat to start...



I saw a buffalo chicken one too but didn't order because it didn't have blue cheese instead of cheese curds. Own the theme of the poutine!

Our waitress and the manager were good. I wish I could post pictures of the food we got. One salad was like soup it was so overdressed.. my salad had 4 little crumbles of goat cheese and no walnuts . The manager did take our entire bill off but the kitchen staff needs some work

Terrible service for our weekly pool league night. Place was near empty but the staff couldn't be bothered to service 10 people for 2+ hours. Cash and carry at the bar only, even then it seemed like we were troubling the staff. Thankfully we only play here once out of 27 weeks.

So when you get a hair in your wings not only do you get lied to by the waitress.. but she argues with you on why you should pay for the wings.. then says ok half price off the wings.. then hesitates to give your receipt. Which you have to ask for, and then find out she double charged us.. for 2 orders of wings... first 2 times going there were ok. Gooď cesars, crappy service. This chick thinks she's gods gift, well darlin you suck as a waitress and your not freindly...

Service has always been great. Manager, waitresses & bartend were great! I will never have another dried up, left over batch of wings that seems to be the norm there. Food does not hold up to any good pub standard in general. I was not even asked if they could do anything about my wings after, when they asked, I said they were brutal. Lost my business & that of my family & friends that I always bring.

Im done with this franchise. Everytime i go it gets runover by off duty bar staff being obnoxious and getting priority service. Turning off hockey games the entire bar is watching at 1 drunk newly off duty staff request is ridiculous. Not an isolated occurence.
