The Car Salon

The last time I was at the Car Salon was to replace summer tires with winter ones. As usual, the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I always go to the Car Salon for all my automotive needs. It is especially important for a lady like me who knows little about cars except how to drive them! It's great to be able to rely on honest, professional staff to look after my needs.

Its now been almost a full week and these guys still haven't even got the part yet for our repair. They are full of nothing but excuses, when obviously they are either inexperienced or completely forgot to order it to begin with! You know... people need there vehicles for work and commitments and this is screwing us around. Many other mechanics would have had this done in a day or two which is why next time, the truck will NOT be going here. This place has screwed up a lot this week and do nothing but make excuses.

Fair prices, always completed work on our vehicles on time. Very willing to talk and explain everything going on and willing to prioritize repairs when requested and not just go ahead and start work on things before talking with us. Definitely will continue coming to this shop. Have dealt directly with Matt Macdonald at the front several times as well and am very happy with his professionalism and willingness to answer every question about our vehicles.

Took my truck to get decals done on it. Shawn Riley helped me out & wow he truly did an amazing job. My decals look awesome & nothing what I expected. I would recommend him anytime. Not just Shawn was amazing, also the gentlemen that was at the front desk. He was so nice & kind. I'd recommend car salon for everyone, especially for decals by Shawn !

Fantastic service, products, and pricing. Shawn Riley of The Car Salon is our new go-to specialist for 3M wrap vinyl decals for our store front windows and custom Locked Room escape trailers. Shawn is a true professional with a great eye for detail, and expert knowledge and experience from both the design and application standpoints. He communicates well and does what he says he will. I price compared and met with 6 other companies and I'm glad we went with The Car Salon for our vehicle decals.

Best service I've had in a long time. I bought a used car that was owned by a smoker with pets. They cleaned it spotless, removing the odor and everything. The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic. I'm definitely going back!

Best Shop I have found. These guys are honest, and infact have done at least one thing for free each time I Have brought in my car. I recently imported a car from BC, and they told me to make sure it needed an inspection as it was newer (instead of paying $200+ on one). Unfortunately I did need one. They completed the work, repair a chip in my windshield (for free!) and even offered me their lunch room for a quiet area to call in for a meeting! Super nice guys, clean shop, prices aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I will be going back again.

I brought my car in 4 years ago to fix the paint job and dents on the hood of my vehicle as a result of hail damage. I noted the paint had started to peel off and recently went to Car Salon to see if they would honor their work. To my surprise, they took the car back with no issues and fixed the car at no charge. I was so happy and thrilled that they honored their work even after 4 years!! I would definitely recommend car salon for their professionalism and excellent service. Thank you!
