The Compleat Cook

So much in store! When I was at my North Dakota Aunt's house I wanted to make Yorkshire Puddings as she had never had them. I tried her "Popover" pan, which looks like a deeper, more conical muffin pan. The Yorkshire's had a lovely large loft and came out so easy, and with less fat used, there was no greasy boil over or oven mess to clean up. My Aunt was thrilled with them and recognized them as Popovers. Anyway, it was here at the compleat cook that they ordered in "popover" pans for me because they're so much better than using muffin tins.

Great well stocked kitchen place.
