The Crossing At Ghost River

We have held our last two professional development sessions at The Crossing in June 2016 and 2017. Both were quite successful. The facility was ideal for our group of about 30. The staff, catering and service were all excellent. The remote, natural setting is a wonderful location to "escape from the day-to-day" and focus on professional development.

I hosted an event for 25 women at the Ghost River. It was a wonderful experience. From the excellent and responsive coordination efforts of Carol Pegg to the incredible food, it was consistently high quality. We loved the facilities, grounds, and accommodations. It's a perfect place for a small corporate retreat or extended family social event ...just far enough from the city to feel remote and peaceful, but only a 45 min drive from Calgary on paved and maintained road even in snowy conditions.

I highly recommend it, but I also want to keep it a secret so that I dont have competition for dates when I want to book our next event!

My company came to the Crossing for a working retreat. As the organizer, I can say that this establishment was fantastic. They were easy to work with ahead of the event, and wonderful during our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are cozy and quiet, and the food is out of this world. We will definitely be back in the future!

We have hosted out Annual Strategic Planning Retreat at the Crossing at Ghost River for multiple years and found the staff to be a pleasure to work. In the months leading up to our events the staff communicated regularly and worked with our council to meet any unique needs we had. The flexibility, facilities, food and hospitality of the staff exceeded out expectations.
