We celebrated a birthday with a party of 15 and the service was amazing. We never waited for any drinks, appetizers, meals or dessert and had everything we needed. Very pleased with the overall experience and the food was delicious!

Took my mom and dad out to dinner here. The staff was really friendly and our food was cooked to perfection. Will be going back to this restaurant. Hopefully I'll be able to eat in the trolly next time!

This is my favourite restaurant ! You get fresh bread, salad or soup, entree and a choice of vanilla or spumoni ice cream . The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable! It's a great place to go for a romantic meal or with your family . A must go to place !

The food is fantastic here. I love coming here whenever I'm in Edmonton especially to the Weat Ed. We just ate here and our waiter Steven, was PHENOMENAL!! By far the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. He's very professional in his position, punctual, and respectful. He always popped by at least every 4-5 minutes to check up on our meal or to give us refills. Most clientele would think this is annoying but I don't. I really appreciate what he did for us tonight. He really deserves the tip we had given him and I hope he gets a raise and or a promotion. As he deserves it. Thank you so

My wife and I held our wedding reception dinner here and the staff did an excellent job serving our guests and accommodating our requests for seating and being able to store our wedding cake in the cooler, the food was great as usual too, thank you so much!

My husband and my girl Amber and I took my brother Dale out for supper and the service was great very nice server and loved the atmosphere

Love this place you get great food ( lots ) great price . You get one server the whole time always pleasant. We can actually afford to go for a dinner once in while and not brake a whole in our wallet.

It was great to see how busy the restaurant was! The hostess was very friendly and organized! Our waiter was great and as always the food is never a disappointment! We will be back again!

I was a little tired and hangry when I got there but I got a wonderful waitress who showed up and asked how my meal was when I didn’t have a mouthful of food was very pleasant and did her job very well.

Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere, the selection, the waitresses! First they gave you a warm bread and I know it's a detail but to me it makes all the difference in the world, they let you choose between garlic butter or butter. The minestrone was awesome and so was the lemonade with strawberries that I ordered or the baked spaghetti and last but not least ! The scoop if ice cream is just so delicious and it's an amazing way to finish a wonderful supper !

As usual friendly service with a smile , we were well looked after and the food was spot on as expected . Waitress was new and a little shy but she did a great job and was as casual as a pro by the time we left , she was friendly and did a good job . No one sung to me but I wasn't surprised as it wasn't my birthday , still would have liked to have been serenaded hahaha . Good place to go .

Amazing service & food tonight before the Oilers game. I called to make a reservation and they were very helpful answers my question on the phone and gave suggestions to make sure we were not late for the game. Anisha was our server and she was wonderful, very attentive & friendly and efficient. The food was perfect, you get bread, salad or soup, entree and ice cream, all for a great price!! Love the atmosphere and even the manager was going around to tables to say hello and see if any one needed anything/asking how our dinner was. We were very well cared for there and this will be our go to place before any Rogers Place event.

We come here a couple times a year. Nice location if you are doing something downtown or meeting friends. Service is always great. Food is basic spaghetti and a few extra choices. I had chicken parmigiana and it's always good. Great waiter.

We always go here for a rogers event my Thai curry was excellent I love the celiac menu would like to see a gluten free bread as other restaurants are providing it now the waitress was very nice but forgetful I am assuming she was new at the job so helped guide her through the disappointment was the lasagna it was very dry but hubby loved the clam chowder al in all it was good are definitely going back our last experience was great

It was great! Customer service awesome! Only downfall was they used simulated bacon bits in my bacon Caesar but a real peice of bacon. That was a little weird not to mention I don't like simulated fake any kind of food.

I have had Many great meals at the Downtown location and it's a favorite Birthday dinner spot for our family.

I must say though, on our last visit I was really unimpressed with the bread.

I'm unsure if they have changed recipes but I did not like the extremely hard crust, almost couldn't even cut through it, and it wasn't warm.

What happened?

I have been going here for about twenty years and it was always great till last night. I really wanted take my out of country company to a great place....I asked not to be seated in a corner and at a small table for two . Well that is just what they did , the music was so loud I could not even talk or have a conversation with the person I was with...before we ordered I asked if the music could be turned down. Waitress was like sure np ,so we ordered ...then there was a problem . I said look that's why I asked before we ordered and at that point I was ready to walk out. Food was ok but the waitress was trying to rush us out and was asking us to pay the bill before we were even done eating ! I will not be going back.
