Recently we have lost two celebrities to suicide. But there are so many more people that we have lost who don't get media coverage. Suicide has a devastating affect on families and loved ones. It can be very hard to understand. Anger, disappointment, loss, grief, self blame - these are all common but paralyzing emotions for those still here trying to manage through the aftermath.
