I have used The Gentlemen Plumbers for my personal/property management purposes.
They offer great services at great flat rate prices.
I would recommend them to anyone.
In the past, Ryan Park helped me to update the hot water heating system at my rental property. He provided friendly, excellent, and professional service.
Recently Brian helped me by fixing my clogged sink. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.
He walked me through the whole process of what needed to be done and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided.

I had an emergency with my hot water tank and they provided me next day service! The installer that I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. The job was Great! I would definitely use their service again.

After contacting The Gentlemen Plumbers to do a service call last year for our furnace, we were so impressed that we subscribed to their service. We recently had them do a annual inspection of the heating and water systems in our home; which is included with their service contract. Really great experience! Richard came out to help me do some work in my kitchen. He walked me through what my options were and helped me pick the most efficient way to get what I needed. I called The Gentleman Plumbers at 5:30 on a Tuesday asking for help with a leaky toilet. They were able to get a plumber to me Wednesday morning by 8 am. Ben and Jeff showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed what the issue was and gave me options as to how to fix it. They were very open about pricing and were not pushy about "the more expensive option". When asked for their professional opinion they gave it freely. They replaced the whole toilet quickly and efficiently. They have all the tools that they need in their truck so no matter what you choose they can help you right away. They ended up having to take part of my baseboard out to fit the toilet in but instead of leaving me with more work to do once they left they were creative and were able to put the baseboard back on after some nice carpentry work!

The guy from "The gentleman plumbers" asked $ 497.00 for buying and replacing my kitchen faucet!!! Can you believe that?!
Then he said it costs $ 700.00 for unclogging the drain using an auger!!!

I said no and he left (he asked $73.00 for 'diagnosis' though). I had zero experience in plumbing. So I watched two youtube videos about changing kitchen faucet, then went under the sink, took out the faucet, went to Home Depot, bought a great new faucet and installed it myself easily. 400$ saved. Sweet!

For unclogging, I noticed that the pipe system under the sink can be disassemble easily by hand and can be replaced by new pipes (3 pipes from Home Depot) for less than $50. Remember he asked for
$ 700 !!!

On the side note, buy a 'basin wrench' for changing your faucet. It's the only weird thing you might need.
