Lovely staff, good work, safe atmosphere. I've had my rings here several times for the "check up". The prices are fair. They never try to convince me to do something that's not required. I'm planning to have a 10 year anniversary ring made and this will be 100% my go to. I've also recommended them to friends who have been more than happy.

They were very friendly and knowledgable. I sized my ring too small the first go around and instead of resizing my ring again, they offered to round the inside to improve the fit. They did it while I waited, it worked great and they didn't even charge me.

Tina and the shop did an amazing job both on my engagement ring and the wedding band. She took the time to help me pick the diamond and then the design that fit the needs and wants that I was looking for and within the budget that I had in mind. I truly had a great experience and I would recommend the Goldsmiths to anyone looking to have a ring done

Kirsten and Tina are amazing designers!! My husband and I had Kirsten make our wedding rings 26 years ago and 4 years ago our daughter and son in law had theirs made there also!!! It was such a special feeling for all of us having The Goldsmiths make 2 generations of wedding rings in our family!!!
I have also had my beautiful family ring and anniversary ring made by Kendra....such quality craftsmanship...We would never go anywhere else!!!

Worst place ever, would not recommend. Extremely racist and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not know what they were talking about and did not care to help. I got my rings sized elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs!!

Got our wedding bands done here and we're very satisfied. All custom done in house - BY HAND. Were very happy with craftsmanship of our wedding rings. Felt the inhouse designer took a bit too much liberty in recommending ideas but was not really being attentive to what we wanted and had to push back and reiterate our wishes.

Went in to get a custom band for my engagement ring. It was the day of the wedding and they never called even tho the ring was there for a week or more. When I went in and ordered it they did a simple drawing of what it would be, the measured my engagement ring and got everything they needed. When I went in and picked up the ring it was a plain band...nothing had been done to it. They wanted to charge me double the price...even tho there was nothing done to the plain band. I was impressed that they polished our rings but I would never get anything "custom" again from them.
