The Home Depot

This location is pretty decent and carries most of everything that I've ever looked for. I've found that the staff is very knowledgeable on DIY home projects 3 out of the 5 times I've had to ask a question. They don't carry live edge wood or vinyl boards at this location though.

An elderly man named DAVE that works there does a fantastic job at helping you find items. Today I came and it was so easy... I just went up to this man without realizing that it was the same elderly man that helped me last time. It's very hard to find hard working and helpful people at other places who genuinely cares. THANK YOU DAVE ! for always finding me what i needed.

As with all home improvement stores, it's hard to find people who work here. And we avoid this one as much as possible, since it's too small to have a good selection. If you're looking for common items like hardware, regular power tools, or common cuts of lumber, it's fine. But don't bother trying to gear up for a large project here - you'll just end up driving to a full-size store anyway.

I can't speak for the service in store..but Customer Service over the phone was unpleasant to put it kindly. I was put on hold 3 times rather abruptly, and redirected to another department by an angry customer service rep. When I was able to get through to the department I needed, the guy in that department was equally rude.
He didn't seem to know why I was calling the first place, when I clarified that I was looking for an air conditioner, he laughed and said he was pretty sure they were all out. He didn't offer to check . I said the website has 10 in S
stock at their location and he still wouldn't check. When I said I'd call around.. he huffed, said "fine" and hung up on me.

What just happened ?
I work in customer service and that was a hard fail.

We have had an extremely negative experience with this Home Depot store. We ordered (and paid for!) a Power Dekor hardwood flooring product though Home Depot North Hill in March that had a 10 day delivery time and fast forward over 3 months and STILL no flooring! We've experienced a lack of communication, been lied to and certain employees at this store have been downright rude.
It sounds like it hasn't even been manufactured. And the best part of it all...Home Depot is still selling this product on the floor with absolutely no clue as to when it will deliver.
Neither company has not compensated us in any way. I STRONGLY suggest NEVER ordering this flooring or dealing with this Home Depot as we are still unsure if we will ever receive it. Spend your money elsewhere...such as at a small, local store...they usually care about their customers.

Staff members (4, to be precise) were quick to tell my wife and I that they didn't work in the department we needed help in and dismiss us. We were directed to the service counter eventually, where a page was issued twice. After a five minute wait with no help on the horizon (up to and including a pair of workers speaking to one another and ignoring those around them for the duration of our wait), we left empty-handed.

Further, this location could do with stocking for seasonal better. A slew of Ryobi products working off of the same 40V battery aren't going to sell well if said battery is out of stock.

The worst part of this store is the service. There are exceptions but most of the staff are not helpful at all. They seem lazy and unwilling to provide further help if asked about something in more detail.

It was a very pleasant experience visiting this home depot! The service was excellent! The employees knew we needed help before we even asked and they were all very friendly and helpful. Had to get our blinds cut and the man working in that department did an excellent job!

Ask for Leon the handsome rug man! He has flawless taste.

I would like to share what the extraordinary service from David, who is working in the plumbing area at this location. when we have issues with sink clogged. we are looking for one second plumber refill. I went to a Beacon Hill location just before 7 pm and no refill at that location. I have tried Canadian Tire that close by which has just closed the door at 7 pm (when I be there at 7:01) so I am thinking another Home Depot, close by and drive to this location. Which they don't have a refill as well. However, David gives extraordinary service by offering discounts on the starter kit when he knew that I am visiting the location around. This has saved my trip and my time. I appreciate what is this help. Thank you David and keep up the good service!
