We went in to buy over 2000 squar feet of flooring for our home. The first flooring employee turned us away and told us we could not get the flooring we wanted.We left very disappointed and almost bought flooring at a different supplier. But decided to go back the following day having decided on our second option. When we approached a different employee he said there was absolutely no reason we couldn’t have the flooring that was our first option. In fact he got all 2000 sq ft to the store by the next day! He was absolutely the biggest help we have ever incountered!! I just can’t say enough about Eric Nitkin!! He truly is the best employee you have I would have to say! As for the other white haired flooring specialist. Who turned us out the door to do our buisness elsewhere was definatley not doing Home Depot any favours!!

the store itself is okay, kind of your standard home depot. parking is another story. this is a very bad location for a busy store like home depot. you can get stuck here for a long time.

Hard to be perfect with such a big store but in comparison to the competition doing pretty well

Great service. Fast checkout. Good prices and selection. Love spending an hour in the tool Dept.

Need to update the store hrs on the website. Website says open till 8pm Sundays. Drive across the city and find they now close at 6pm.

Never use the pro desk at this location. Karen the cashier was awful and rude to me for no reason. I'm really surprised they allow a cashier that disrespectful work at the pro desk considering most people who cash out there actually have accounts with homedepot and choose to do all there shopping there rather then Rona or Lowes.

If you can go to marbrough Home Depot it's way better and the pro desk cashiers are always super nice!

Another good Home Depot in a great location. Always clean with plenty of staff to help. There's a Subway in this location too, great for when you're in a rush and need a quick bite.

Second time I buy appliances at Home Depot .
This place is the worst service for delivery and installation . Keep calling being on hold transferred to all different departments. Their
Installation company called me 5 times before delivery ... and the Installers showed up before delivery . Nothing to install when appliances aren't here ! Home Depot hires other companies I get that.. but someone needs to coordinate and schedule this so it actually makes sense for clients.

Other time similar scenario except I picked up my own appliances .. now a week and not even a call from their installation company

They've now lost a good customer for their terrible coordination and client services

I ordered a chair through Home Depot that uses the Day and Ross shipping company because it said "free shipping" and no one in the store could help me find 1 of the 9 chairs they said they had in stock within their store. This has been the WORST online ordering experience I've had. They could only deliver the product between 8-12p or 1-4pm, which are the hours that everyone works. When I asked for them to leave it on my doorstep or ship to a new address they refused without permission from Home Depot which took 48hrs. I asked to speak with a manager - they called a left a msg 2 days later and when I tried to return the call they never answered. When I asked what would happen if I wasnt home to receive it they told me I'd be charged and would have to come and pick up the product myself - a "free shipping" promise from Home Depot. The people working for this company and the policies invoked are the worst I have seen. I will never order anything online from Home Depot again or from anyone using this company. WORST experience ever.

Good location.. big store small line ups. Easy return policy.

Best location to the inner city for home repair shopping

Phoned to ask if they have an item in stock and was put on hold for over 10 min. I finally gave up, very brutal company to deal with!!!! Hire people with some experience and treat your employees with some respect, pay them a proper wage and then you will notice a big difference.

I needed help with selecting blinds for my new home, and a guy named ED was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended for good friendly service! Took the blinds home and everything fit perfectly, the wife was impressed so it was a win win for sure.
