Super helpful staff and great prices

If they make an appointment, they sould keep the time. I rushed to make sure i was there on time and the waited to speek to tbe kitchen designer for an hour 😲

If there is the option of giving no stars, I, by all means would. This store does not deserve a second look. Horrible, ignorant, unhelpful and rude staff, especially the assistant manager; Jee, and kitchen department manager; Venneddette. Never experienced such awful, unproffesional staff. Just some advice if you're planning on shopping here; especially the kitchen cabinents and countertops, don't. You will regret it. I dealt with them and the financial loss, let alone the distress were unbearable.

Cindy, Karla, and Klei from the flooring department and Justin and Brittney in Hardware and Tools are awesome!!! They were very prompt with all of my inquiries. This Homedepot on 130th is probably one of the best Homedepot I have been to in awhile. Great service and a great experience for me and my family!! Keep up the good work you guys.

NOT helpful at all. A few of the staff members had terrible customer service. We asked for help in the plumbing department, the staff member I asked called someone twice , but nobody came to help. I managed to find a staff member walking near the plumbing department. I told them that someone was called twice and we still haven't received any help.
This staff member mumbled something about they saw him in the bathroom earlier and then said they weren't sure where they were. The other staff member with her didn't even acknowledge me at all. They went and called someone a third time and said "they have been called again. Hopefully they come." And then they walked away.
No I'm so sorry for the wait, or I will go get someone for you.. nothing.
Nobody ended up coming to help us. So we left without what we went there for.

I'm in agreement with other posters. This is a typical big box hardware store. Sometimes you get lucky and find some great customer service. Other time you can search and search for someone to give you directions.

Marc and Parker in gardening made me a very happy lady today! Parker executed the difficult task of removing a skid from a top shelf in the very corner of the area just to make sure I had a roll of burlap that I had been desperately looking for. Two young guys who didn't turn me away and made the effort to perform good customer service. Thanks guys!

My favourite place for almost everything. The staffs are amazing and always super helpful. They are all so nice plus they know what are they doing.

Had the most amazing patient helpful man assist me in the 130th Home Depot. Calgary, a few weeks ago. I have never had anyone go to such extremes to see that I walked out of that store knowing everything possible had been done to fix the problem I had asked help for..
If every employee had this man's people skills, the 130th store would win awards! His name is Mr. Barry Fox and I do hope Home Depot put him on their training team because he would be perfect. Thank you Mr. Fox.
Can not say the same for the Tool rental department who we had to turn to for help at one point. All three assistants were standing behind the counter doing sweet tweet and when Mr. Fox asked them for help they looked at him like he was dirt and had I not been glaring at them they would not have helped him at all. Mr. fox looked embarrassed for the instant and when I mentioned it he never said a work. Obviously he had more class and loyalty for his fellow workers than they had for him.

Will never shop at this location again. Manager in customer service was not helpful at all, in fact nobody at customer service was helpful. Don't go to this location unless you don't have to deal with the poor customer service. This store should think of re training their employees. Glad there is a lowes across the street. You could learn something from that store.

Rose at this location is about the nicest cashier I've ever met.

Nice products, acceptable service. I found sometimes that you are dealing with experts and that you need to be careful when approaching them and not using the correct terminology.
Incredible how easily these experts forget that they are seating in those roles because of us, the ignorant customers.
Room for improvement.

Compared to other home improvement stores even their own, very poor selection of stock. Usually have to go to the MacLeod location to get what I need.
