Some employees need to be sent home! That being said, Stan and Chuck (the guy in the electric cart I think) are very knowledgeable and deserve 5 stars. They know what costumer service is about!

Dirty, couldn't find anyone to help for awhile. When I finally found someone they told me be right back, and when they came back they said be right back again and just walked away. They never came back.

Tried to buy an air filter. They refused to sell me an individual one. They kept telling me I had to buy a 4 pack for 50 bucks. I told them I only wanted the single one. I kept going back and returning with individual ones and they kept refusing to sell me individuals ones. They were packaged for individual sale but they just refused to sell it to me. I asked them to come with me but they refused. They refused to look into the matter at all. Either they were trying to scam me into buying a 4 pak or they were just that incompetent. I left out of frustration and went to Canadian Tire and bought my air filter.

Bought a Milwaukee tool combo on sale yesterday and I forgot to used my $10 off coupon, going back the next morning 22/10/17 to return and re purchase the first sale associate Carol really helpful, she apply the coupon for me, but a long the way she had trouble, so she asked Dhanti the second sale associate to help, and end up throw a way the coupon, she said if I want to use my coupon I have to pay full price. It doesn't make sense because sale is still going on. Not going to waste my time shopping at HD anymore, gonna have to Delete account and unsubscribe. Hello Lowe's! You're close to me anyway.

Bunch of retired, lazy and clueless old men and women who know absolutely nothing about nothing, they just wander and chit-chat all day long or hide in lunch rooms so no one bothers them, they have no answers about any type of questions.
There is nothing more frustrating than going to a store and have to deal with dumb people.

Horrible customer service from the "manager" Dennis, we came to buy some appliances and kitchen cabinets, we made clear the ones we wanted which have a discount, because we were adding fridge, washer & dryer he approved 20% off, when we were about to go we were told it didn't apply anymore cause cabinets were discounted already, thing that we first mentioned. We asked to talk to him he only said he was sorry cause HE ASSUMED they were regular price. Obviously he didn't listen when the associate asked he just OK 20% off . Then we asked to speak to him he repeated same thing, his attitude & body language was telling me "I don't give shift", he basically said this it, we might work something out if you still buy the appliances and walked away.
For being a manager has ZERO personality, Zero customer service, what a terrible Home DEPOT embassador, he should learn from his staff great service from Paola and Avani. By the way he is not the manager.

This is my go HD. They've improved their customer service drastically over time. Really good seasonal products here too!

Horrible customer service, store is organized well, and staff are friendly, however there isint nearly enough of them as I was operating the carpet cutting machine while the actual worker wrapped my carpet. Obvious at least a two man job..... pathetic.

Terrible custom kitchen cabinets. Customer service even worst. We started our kitchen cabinet journey a whole year ago, the planning seemed fine and everything was fine up until we got our cabinets. Cheap quality and half of all our cabinets were cracked, broken or chipped. Because our cabinets are custom order, it required 1.5 - 2 month every time for exchange. Once exchanged, we would get more cracked and broken boxes, drawers and door fronts and go through the whole process again. We have exchanged more than 5 times. We are now down to 2 cabinet doors that need to be exchanged and we were told we are no longer allowed to exchange because they "researched" our history with returns/exchange and were told we were taking advantage of the system. This was incredibly rude, we do not enjoy having to come back in and live without a incomplete kitchen for a year! We have bought 80% of our entire home renovations from home depot including all our appliance, windows etc and have not returned anything but the cabinets due to the damage. At this point we had to keep calling and leaving multiple messages for the lady (Julie) in charge of cabinets to get back to us just to know when we should expect these last 2 doors. After weeks of trying to get a hold of her, she JUST ordered them! I will never buy anything from home depot again.

We probably go to this Home Depot once a month for various reasons. This location has a lot of helpful workers. However we were disappointed to be asked to leave when we brought our tiny 5lb dog (who I was carrying) in along with us when buying things to renovate our basement.

Other locations welcome dogs, why can't this one?

The store is fine but this location does not allow pets as some do which is really disappointing because I would rather bring him in then leave him in the car.

Customer service is great .
The Store manager Cam is very helpful.
We shop lots of construction materials.
We always shop in this Home Depot because when we need to return anything not so many questions.
We live far from this store but always go there.
