Poor customer service, poor phone operating skills. Run by adults who act like children

I got looked after ! Happy customer!

Bought a Ryobi 40 v trimmer. Battery died and returned it to store

guy at the tool rental area looked at it and confirmed that it was dead and it would not taking a charge. he got ahold of seasonal and customer service and got me a new one

Out the door with my replacement 15 minutes later.

You can not get that type of service buying stuff online !

Highly recommended! After a very negative interaction at The Deck Store today I very much appreciated walking into Home Depot and being treated like an EQUAL! Brenda behind the counter helped me with a quote for deck construction. Thank you for being friendly and helpful!

Worst Home Depot I’ve been too, poor service. Waited 40 mins for appliance guy while customer service rep pages him, another time waited 20 mins for even a flooring associate to help me and the last time I ordered my purchase online to be picked up. Was notified it was ready and still waited 30 mins just for them to find my order. Great job Home Depot!!! Won’t be shopping here again. Thanks Home Depot for leading me to home hardware :)

The available products are consistent but price comparison a bit high on soft lumber but at least the bowed or cracked lumber is very low so you get a quality board ?

Friendly staff, always find what I'm looking for, very organized.

Staff at this location is great, always friendly. The only drawback is the selection of product, this store should expand to offer more variety of products.

I just have the best experience with a young man by the name of DANIEL!!!!!
in the paint department, He was so helpful., went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. Took time he did not have to. to make sure I was happy his words. He is truely a huge asset to Home Depot
