I am extremely passionate about health, nutrition, and healing the human body which led me to becoming a nutrition coach through the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program!
How does this work? I will ask that my clients complete specific lab tests as well as a comprehensive intake questionnaire. After assessment of these finding, I am able to create not only a nutrition protocol, but also a lifestyle regime, in which my clients achieve improved health and vitality.
Through the use of whole, living foods, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations my approach will guide others in innately restoring their body to complete health!
