Great service and delicious meals as usual. Always a consistent go-to spot.

So tonight I had the craziest craving for lobster tail at nearly 11pm so I called the Keg to see if they serve it without sides, they did so I ordered 2 to go! It was ready quickly and when I got home I was surprised to see that they in fact packed me 4 lobster tails instead of two! Best feeling at the end of a long day after this craving! Tasted amazing! Thanks! I’ve always like The Keg, but doubling up my order for free is worth 5 stars!

Wonderful service and food was great. Seems to get quite busy so be prepared to go early. They have a large and inviting bar to sit at while you wait for a table.

We went to the keg for our anniversary, it was a really lovely evening! I'd recommend the stuffed mushroom appy. Fast friendly staff we enjoy going there.

Went for date night this evening, our server was Bryan F, awesome service.
Food was quick (minus me liking mine burnt) and delicious.
My huband and I are not big seafood fans but both went out of our comfort zones and tried the lobster and crab. Not bad, I guess?
Menu is fairly priced, provided you do not want options when it comes to your steak.

I'm sorry but I just had the 10 oz. Filet Mignon, asked for it medium rare and it was medium. I know, classic complaint but I work out of town and only get a special dinner with my wife a couple times a month. I expected better and have gotten better at this location but when you're all excited for a great steak and end up getting a dry medium steak, it's disappointing to say the least. The Keg in my experience is usually bang on with this, I guess I was the unlucky one tonight with a disappointing steak. Maybe it was the steak itself? Nothing moist about it though. It came with ranch sauce too. What's with that?

We had a quick after work dinner with some customers. It got a tad louder as the dinner rush came in but it was acceptable. The bacon wrapped scallops were good as was the Steak Asiago and Lobster was both cooked properly (medium rare). I'd definitely recommend it.

I have to say first off that the food tastes good. There is nothing wrong with the taste of the food. That being said, when they bring your food out to you and say 'just so you know, it will look overcooked because of the outside lighting'...I haven't even complained yet! Sure enough, everything was overcooked (ordered medium rare, got medium to meduim well. And the lobster was rubber). Next thing we know a 'manager' comes out and tries to tell us that if we were sat inside (in the dark) that everything would look fine. I have no idea how this manager got the position but he had no clue how to handle the situation and the only thing he did was to make us all feel mad about the whole scenario. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Very expensive for mediocre food.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this Keg on Thursday evening to attend a retirement party for one of Nurses. Service was beyond wonderful and Eva, my server exemplified what a good server should be like!! The party consisted of 17 -20 people, rather disorganized we were and she and Dave were able to keep up and exceed the job set forth for them. My order was the special, a rib eye and ordered Medium but was a little over done. The Ryan the Kitchen Manger offered many compensations for the wronged steak, and finally removed from my bill. I cannot believe the excellent service, the customer service and truly the food was very good. the Au Jus was to die for. And all the crew at the retirement indicated how good the food was...Bravo You deserve to pat yourselves on the back for a job well done!!!!!

My meal was wonderful. My husband did not like his ribs...he felt they were not grilled...somehow they were taken out of the fridge and not regrilled. They looked like there was no sauce...Strange. ..ruined his 49th wedding anniversary dinner....Coffee was great. ..salad was good as was creme Brule.mixed review. ..we have never experienced this at the Keg before. .

Great steak, awesome service, nice atmosphere

We love going there as they are always welcoming and they except our service dogs as if they are part of our family. Never once have we had bad food or experience.

LOVE the Keg! Great atmosphere a superstar professional staff. I recommend the Teriyaki steak with twice baked potatoe. Can be busy so plan ahead. Parking can be ridiculous and may require you to park at the Canadian Tire.
