Introducing our January feature, the Braised Beef Short Rib. Served with a port mushroom sauce over garlic leek mashed potatoes, they’re just what you need for the first month of winter.

Named after a famous stagecoach robber, our Billy Miner Pie has been stealing hearts since the moment we started serving it. With layers of chocolate crust, mocha ice cream, chocolate + caramel drizzle and toasted almonds, it’s hard to pick what we love most about it. If we had to, it would be celebrating with guests on birthdays, special occasions, or just because.

Our Pistachio Salmon dish takes salmon to the next level. It’s coated in butter and crushed pistachios, and topped with our own blend of maple butter.

it was our anniversary and we were immediately got in to our table,we waited for our food longer than usuual but the lady manager came to personally apologized to us... it was an awesome gesture... the food was excellent and the service was great...... and they even serve us a yummy dessert🍰

Went to the west end Keg for dinner and was served by Holly - easily the best server I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant. She was an absolute delight. Food was excellent as always but she made the night!

We were greeted with warm welcome smiles, we were seated right away. The service we got from our waitress was excellent. The food was great and I definitely recommend this place to friends and family �����

We decided last minute to go for dinner here and called and got a reservation for an hour later. Our waiter, Don, was awesome. I have a mild food allergy and the manager, Brendan, came by our table to double check and reassure me that all would be well (and it was!). Later during our meal I saw Brendan clearing tables and was impressed - most managers feel those tasks aren't their job. Everyone was friendly, the steaks were cooked perfectly, the bacon wrapped scallops are very tasty and the creme brulee is amazing. Overall a great night out!

We celebrated two birthdays last night and had a large group and the service was awesome! Thanks to the Keg for great service and amazing food as always! You made the birthdays extra special! Special shout out to our waiter ( I can’t remember your name!) and waitress (Maddi) for a fun time and being a part of our fun! Highly recommend The Keg for group bookings!

Was that the keg yesterday with my wife the food was phenomenal very delicious as a chef hands down for the food the price to me was a little high and what I did not like we were in the dining room and we could not get the drink specials Les we were in the lounge to me that does not make sense any other restaurant we go to the drink specials are in the hole restaurant not just in the lounge. So you lost money on alcohol beverages so we just drink water that was free your loss not mine other than that the food was boss I had the 20 Oz ribeye steak which I asked for it medium rare and it came out medium rare my wife ordered the bacon wrapped chicken which was moist and juicy all of that. Our server name was Amanda and she was great thank you Amanda next time don't fall on the stairs LOL glad you are okay.

Took my dad to the west Edmonton location for his 83rd birthday. My dad has seafood allergies and I am gluten and lactose intolerant. They did everything to accommodate us. Did our asparagus in a pan instead of the steamer because the steamer is used for seafood. Did our steaks on the grill but they cleaned it first. The waiter was fantastic . Even the manageress came over to assure us that they would do everything they could do that we could enjoy our dinners with no issues. I have not been to a restaurant in two years,but I would definately go to the keg again. Thank you

That are fabulous! It was my hubbys bday and the wait time was long. We decided to stick it out and wait for a dining room table. When we got in the manager personally came and apologized for us being longer than the projected time frame. Our food was perfect and service was great. We will gladly go back!

Ordered my supper and received a steak that was overdone,manager came over informed me that he would make this right within a few minutes ,and out came up absolute perfect steak.hats off to the keg for such great service and turning a bad situation into a great one.

Our family can not go to many restaurants with my long list of severe allergies, we are so impressed with the attention to detail and consideration given by the staff, manager and server! Food was delicious, everyone enjoyed entire meal.

My girlfriend and I came here for our second anniversary. Our food took 45mins to come out BUT the server and bar manager were absolutely amazing to take care of the food on our bill as well as the first round of drinks. When the food did arrive it was well worth the wait! 5 star rating for customer service!

My friend and I were celebrating our 10 year friendaversary, we had Maddy as our server, she was amazing and very accommodating! I ordered the sirloin oscar and my friend ordered prime rib, both of our meals were perfectly cooked and delicious, as always! At the end of the meal when we were ready for our bill our waitress informed us that we were getting a Billy miner pie on the house to help us celebrate our anniversary it was a great meal and even better service, will be back to see Maddy specifically!!!!!!

Just wanted to say that our waiter, Richard, was absolutely phenomenal. My parents and I came for dinner and I also brought my one year old son. Obviously, I was feeling a little anxious and worrying he might fuss and make a scene over dinner. After Richard brought out the dinner bread he comes back with a plate full of healthy snacks for a toddler - carrots, celery, oranges, ranch etc. We never asked him to do this, this was him going out of his way to ensure we were able to enjoy our dinner. These snacks kept my little man entertained the entire meal and we were able to enjoy our fabulous dinner. Thanks to Richard and the keg staff for an excellent dining experience!

I have visited this restaurant over 150 times in the last 15 months and I can truthfully say that I have received excellent treatment from all of the staff and management each and every time with the exception of once where I filed a concern.



If there was a situation where my order was incorrect, an appetizer missing or late, or any delays, I can state without hesitation that both the service staff and managers dealt with it without question, excuse or delay!



I have been on a protein based diet throughout this time and was always accommodated pleasantly and professionally.



For those of you who have experienced something different than what I have, I'm sorry to hear that but maybe the staff was not made aware of your concerns before they became something worth complaining about or simply it was just an off day!

I can't say enough good about our experience at the Keg! It was phenomenal! Right from our drinks and appetizers in the lounge to our experience in the dining room. Our server was attentive and the manager and head chef was amazing! The food was undeniably the Best we had tasted in a long time! Thank you to the Keg staff for a memorable visit!

Dinner was amazing!!! I had the bacon and asiago wrapped chicken and my husband had the peppercorn New York and they were both phenomenal! We also has french onion soup as starters and that was also amazing! We have been to different kegs several times and this was by far the best experience! Our server was Holly M. She was so great!!! Next time we are in Edmonton we will definitely be coming back!!!

Absolutely amazing. We made reservations too go out for supper. Our table was ready when we got there. The waiter was very polite and knowledgable about the menu. It was a little bit of a wait for the food too arrive but that was too be expected considering how busy it was. The food was over the top delicious. A few weeks ago, I had a not so favourable experience here based on an issue with a tricky crab leg and a snarky comment. I left feedback and was contacted the same day to rectify the situation. The apology was sincere and the manager went above and beyond to maintain the integrity of the restaurant. I left feeling like I wouldn't return and because of Melissa's professionalism, kindness and generosity I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Arrived without a reservation at 5:15pm with a party of 7 to celebrate my birthday. Was told there was a reservation for the only table for that many and we'd have to leave by 6:30. My son was not allowed to be seated until the rest of us arrived and they made him wait in the lobby. Not cool. Once we were seated a server never arrived at our table. 15 minutes later we asked the hostess who seated us what was going on. Apparently no one was assigned to our table. Manager immediately came over and apologized and brought a few complimentary appys to our table. Service was fabulous after that. Food was delicious as always! We had a 20 month old with us and he was so well taken care of with snacks! They arranged other tables together for the reservation after ours and didn't hurry us out. They added an extra discount on our bill for the rough start to our experience. Just overall great service from the server and manager. And the free piece of birthday cake was heaven! Will always choose The Keg for our nice meals out!
