Introducing our January feature, the Braised Beef Short Rib. Served with a port mushroom sauce over garlic leek mashed potatoes, they’re just what you need for the first month of winter.

Named after a famous stagecoach robber, our Billy Miner Pie has been stealing hearts since the moment we started serving it. With layers of chocolate crust, mocha ice cream, chocolate + caramel drizzle and toasted almonds, it’s hard to pick what we love most about it. If we had to, it would be celebrating with guests on birthdays, special occasions, or just because.

Two is better than one. This holiday season, we’ll be serving two features – an appetizer and an entrée. Based on the ingredients, what do you think it will be?

There’s nothing more classic than a good time. We’re proud to serve great weeknights, weekends, and everything in between.

It’s not just the black peppercorn crust that takes this classic to the next level. We also serve this tender, flavourful cut with Whisky Sauce for an extra kick. Plus, we only use center cut steaks for the utmost of tenderness.

Thanksgiving’s just around the corner, and we’re celebrating by raising a glass to our great guests and Keggers.

It’s cheesy, it’s warm, and it’s our favourite way to welcome the first week of Fall.

Our Pistachio Salmon dish takes salmon to the next level. It’s coated in butter and crushed pistachios, and topped with our own blend of maple butter.

Went to the Keg last night for dinner. I ordered my steak medium rare. When it came out it was medium well - not a huge deal just not how I like my steak. The GM personally apologized and offered me a new steak. It took about 10 minutes, so I wasn't able to eat at the same time as my boyfriend. When my new steak came out, the GM stood there as I cut into it, to make sure it was cooked perfectly - and it was. It was by far, the juiciest, best steak I've ever eaten before. The GM also took care of the steak for us so we didn't have to pay for it! Absolutely amazing service! Will forever be a returning customer!

We have been to another Keg a few years back and the experience was so nasty then I vowed never again. Considering locations and staffing(the cook), are the controlling factors that make a variable out come we tried a new/different location here in Calgary.

It was a completely opposite experience. Everything was superb, every single thing. I can be annoyed by the simplest things in a restaurant. And these things may not actually be simple for example, silver wear of substandard quality, seat location, or poor tasting water, can set the whole evening on a down hill slide.

None of this took place. Hello Keg! With Stephanie's good service you all win a 5 star rating from us. We shall return!

Shoutout to Scott, our server. He was unobtrusively attentive, and very accommodating. They were super busy, were able to seat us only 10 minutes after our reservation time, and put our appetizers on the house for that inconvenience, which was very generous. It was an adventurous event, as the fire alarm went off during our meal, so they also put our dessert on the house. We have never had a negative experience at The Keg.

Our last night in Calgary, and having supper at The Keg was a great idea!



The food and the wine were fantastic. Thanks to the kitchen staff. Our waiter, Kelly, did a great job!

He paid attention to details, and we love that! Well done guys!

Never disappointed when we dine here! Mushroom Neptune, garlic shrimp, wine, fresh baked bread, juicy prime rib with succulent au jus, melt in your mouth lobster tail, more wine, creamy flavourful twice baked potato all complete with a smooth sugar crusted creme brûlée! With my love all served by a wonderful young lady named Ashley! It was a wonderful evening!

I agree with the lounge for adults only

People are taking a break from there kids and should have to put up with others on a night out

My American Friends and myself and my man go to this location each time they are in town and this time all of the staff went above and beyond. Right down to making sure I got my prime rib even when they had run out completely!!! Will see you again in December!!

Amazing food, awesome service & fabulous atmosphere! The crispy cauliflower appetizer is amazing! I also had the steak medallions & Cajun shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes, holy YUM. Highly recommend! Looking forward to another vacation trip up here just to eat here!
