Went without reservations, understandable we sat in the lounge. The serving staff was great. The food was outstanding. I had ribs and my fiancé had steak. Cheese toast for apply and everything was wonderful! Good job to the staff here.

We are nearing 40 years at this location, and keep coming back, weekly on average. The food is very good, we come in after 9PM to dine, so no waiting. Like many regulars, we find a good server and try to get their stations. We recommend Cole, after how well he treated us.

Took my dad here for his 60th last night. Service was fantastic. Surprised my dad with a free birthday dessert and treated us exceptionally well from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Very impressed.

This location went above and beyond on the 22nd. We called and went in at 930 thinking The restaurant was open, walked in and only the bar area was open which was a no minor area. They went ahead and accommodated my family with 4 kids. The dinner from escargot to steak and lobster was to die for. Service and our server/bartender were top notch with a stunning top shelf martini. We are very fussy. Will be back when near YYC.

The Manager Jason took such great care of us after we had a few snags with our orders. He went above and beyond at every step and we will make sure to come back and recommend this location! Thanks for a great meal and wonderful service.

Service is awesome. I love the way they cooked my bone rib eye steak. The best steak i'ved ever had.

Our daughter reserved a table for my wife and I for our 25 anniversary and great food and service by a young (18) gentleman

I went yesterday for the first time ever. The food was amazing and my waiter was even better. Best service I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

I went with my boyfriend, dad and 4 month old baby... My daughter was quiet up until the appetizers were finished. After that she was cooing like she was complaining (not crying) after rocking her in my arms, feeding her, my dad and boyfriend both taking her for little strolls around the restaurant she started to fuss more. So I put a cartoon on for her from my iPad and she was good for about ten minutes and then started crying on and off until dinner came... I went to the car to breastfeed her after that she was super smiley so we went back 10 minutes later, my food was cold, I probably looked hot and bothered but the waitress we had was so nice. She kept on telling me all through my dinner that I was a great mom and if I needed anything just ask. She also was expecting and told said to me "we were all babies before and we all cried, don't worry this is a family restaurant and we don't mind at all, you are a great mom and I just hope I will be as good with my baby." Needless to say she got a very good tip and I will be going back to the Northeast location.

I had my mother in from Ontario and the night before she left I wanted everyone to get together for dinner. I called ahead on the Thursday and made the reservation for 6:30 on Friday. When we arrived, we had been told our reservation was entered in for the wrong day. It was during a busy Friday dinner rush, how the heck are you going to get a table of 13 in, in a reasonable time?! They handed out appetizers and wine testers and the general manager spoke to me personally and apologized. They found us a table in a reasonably timely manner. Our servers were great, they split our bills individually with so hesitation. A few of our steaks were not cool to our liking but the manager had not only taken them off the bill but in total; discounted about $160.00 from the bill and gave us complimentary dessert. Great save Keg and thank you for putting your customers first!

Good food and good service, great experience at this location tonight. Love seeing a restaurant so full before Valentine's Day. Besides the food/drinks and service i'm saddened the beautiful lady that seated our table wasn't there when we left. <\3

Food was awesome! After a 15 hr drive, it sure hit the spot. Service was excellent atmosphere awesome! Highly Recommended if your looking for a really good meal! �

Waited 1 hr were told 15 mins ...people that came after us were seated first ...about 4 groups of people there was only 2 of us .. food was good and the server was good ..if it wasn't for the people being seated before us...it would have been perfect .....

The caesar salad was Incredibly small! Tasty - but small. The rest of our dinners were great. The music was way too loud at this location.

Most of the food was decent but took a while. The bread was hard and did not taste good so it went uneaten. The baked potato tasted off. The coleslaw was described as weird but OK. The crab feature was great, as were the steaks and ribs.



Waitresses was pleasant but something was off. Everything but the main courses took three trips to the table for our waitress with long pauses in between attempts. We did not to repeat requests, she would remember when she got there.



This location feels a bit dated and warn. The downtown location is worth the drive.

I took my Daughter for a Valentines day dinner and everything was amazing, as well as the service. The only thing that I can say negative was the fire times between appetizers and our meal were off. We both ordered apps (Cheese bread & French Onion soup) and we're unable to finish them before our main arrived, and I'm a fat kid I eat fast. Being that we were only at a 2 seat table the flatware at the table became overbearing. Other then that you did not disappoint, good food as usual.

At 7 pm out of prime rib and brie and ordered meal and came back...out of asparagus...would have scored 3 but server was sweet so I give it 4

Main course wasn't what I wanted and it seemed undercooked. Mashed taters were good, as were the Brussels sprouts. Side bread delicious. Liked my drinks. Waiter was courteous and patient. Environment too busy, loud, and cramped. Decent dessert menu. Didn't get food poisoned (looking at you, Earl's!).

Worst kitchen service ever...are server was pretty good but are food took almost an hour. And when it came to the table it was cold..and not cooked that great. We did not complain as we were trying to get somewhere by a cretin time..which never happened.
