I bought a nice Mlily Serenity memory foam mattress at this store. It was such a pleasant, calm, non-pressured experience, (including googling the mattess while laying on it) and even though I could only find one single review and hardly any reference of the mattress online (I think it's because it's European) I trusted the two great guys who were working that day (sorry I forgot your names!) and my feel of comfort with it and I don't regret it. We had our first sleep on it last night, and it was SO comfortable. The only problem was that getting up at 6:30 am was quite a bit more difficult than before:)

Christine was great. Showed a cut out of the inside of the beds. Was knowledgable, took time answer questions and provided a typed quote.

Purchased a Berkeley Ergonomics Mattress, bed frame suspension system and bed frame from Christo, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and and helpful. When the time came to set up the bed frame in my house, the bed frame had a manufacturer defect where some brackets were installed backwards. After a quick phone call to Christo who tried to help first via email and pictures, Christo came to my house to make the repairs himself!

Not only is it the best mattress I've ever owned, but Christo's "above and beyond" service sets the standard for customer care.
