My husband and I took our kids to the rec room yesterday. We absolutely loved it ! Will absolutely be returning. Itâs our new go to for a night with the kiddos. I canât say anything about the food or drinks as we didnât have either but the gaming was a blast. I love the bracelet idea , no losing tickets or tokens. Fabulous place imo. Happy family here ďż˝
I have to say that the service was pretty amazing. Staff was eager to make us feel welcome. The food was amazing. I wasn't expecting that level of quality from a place with an arcade. Buffalo popcorn chicken FTW! As for the arcade, it was kinda meh (for me that is but I'm an asshole). They had some cool games but I found maybe 6 of them worth playing. Didn't get to axe throwing but people seemed to be having a blast with it. VR looked interesting. Plenty of spots for it. Overall a pleasant experience.
Took our 4 year old son here yesterday. They had tons of games that he was able to play. They only thing I don't like is we got the $30 package that gave us 200 credits. When it was time to see what our son could get with his tickets, he barely had enough for anything in their store ( he had won 550 tickets). I get that they need to make money, but 200 tickets for a package of starbursts?!!!
The mashed Potatoes claimed to be garlic whipped, but tasted over done out of the microwave and a cardboard box, they were luke warm at best along with the gravy. The rotisserie chicken was precooked, frozen, and reheated leaving it dry and flavorless. The asparagus was good at least.
Oh this place has so many misses. It's a fabulous concept but I have to blame owners and management for the lack of enthusiasm of their Staff, the horrible food and outrageous prices. There are a lot of moving parts to this facility so I can only imagine it's not easy to manage but I'm pretty confident from the reviews and comments I hear from other people who have gone this place will not survive. Would love to see you turn it around. Invest in your people and please do everyone a favor and either improve your pizzas or take them off the menu.

My rating is regarding the food. I had the grilled veggie wrap which was very lackluster and small... my boyfriend had the pork chop which he said was incredibly chewy ďż˝ . He also ordered gravy with his meal, which I tried out on my French fries and it was horrid. All it tasted like was flour & pepper... really just a sad experience food wise. Next time we'll just stop for fast food first and then go play.

When the kids played the VR, 3 different staff tried to help my son move. 15 min later they realized the remote was turned off. Weâll give it another try but definitely eating elsewhere first.
The service was so slow yesterday afternoon for a group of 6. When the food came the salmon burger was a joke. They slapped on a long piece of fishy smelling salmon that covered half the burger. Made no sense. They compâd it. After axe throwing we went upstairs to the bar to have a drink and it was slow again to the point were they compâd the drinks, the waitress and told us that the bartender was not trained. Really poor food quality and service.

I ordered the calamari for my appetizer.. Which was fishy and for my main I had the rack ribs. The most annoying thing is that.. the waitress brought them out at same time! So I have to eat it all quickly before the food got cold.
My teenage daughter's soccer team had a team building night here. Food & drinks so over priced for what they offer, we left went to the Keg ate and then came back for the girls to play on the games. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Me and my friend went in For a beverage. I ordered a double margarita and it came half empty in a short glass. I asked her for more ice to make my drink full and she gave me 3 more pieces. Customers across the bar got the same drink and was surprised when they were served with half empty drinks also. When I proceeded to tell the bartender while paying she took great offence and was very snotty. Well prob opt to not go there anymore.
If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I have given this place 3 fair tryâs to impress and it has failed MISERABLY each time. The third time I decided to keep my receipt and reach out to management to see if it was something they were willing to resolve, but I have quickly learned that once theyâve ripped you off and taken your money they donât care to return any calls or emails. I left a poor experience survey and the general manager(Bryan campbell) emailed me saying he would call me to further discuss the experience âearly in the weekâ. That was on Feb 23 and I havenât had any follow up or anything. I canât believe the lack of customer service.... canât even manage to return an email.... explains why every other aspect of this establishment is equally disappointing. For a reference point, I first reached out about the experience on feb 18th and STILL havenât even had a chance to speak to someone about my concerns when they were the ones who asked me to be available to discuss after my poor survey. Honestly Iâd prefer if they would have just emailed back and said âwe donât care, have a nice dayâ

I have never in my life experienced such horrible wait staff. It is like watching toddlers run around without parental supervision. Just pure laziness and lack of attention to detail and their customers. Management needs to fire everyone including themselves. Pure example of how pathetic the newer generation in the work force is.
Came to the rec room after a sports game with friends. We were the only people in "the loft". Since we had a table of 8 an 18% gratuity was automatically added. Service did not deserve such a large tip, especially considering we were the only table. Multiple staff members visibly standing around doing nothing.
Food was extremely over priced. Ordered a Vegan Bowl for 18 dollars. Got half a cup of wild rice, with 4 pieces each of cauliflower (small florets), cherry tomatoes, squash chunks, and something else I can't even recall. It was honestly like 3 dollars worth of ingredients.
Friends ordered pretzels and they were frozen on the inside. One was comp'd the other was not, reason was that one pretzel was more eaten than the other....
Bills came back to pay, beers were all mixed up so the totals were all wrong.
Found the rec room to be lacking overall.
Will not likely return.

Also, Check your beer glasses. One of them was badly chipped ( I could provide pics of It), I almost cut my lips because of It.

3 friends and I decided to go here for some food and games when we sat for 15 minutes before someone even made their way to our table, when the server realized his cousin (they are not on good terms) was at our table he walked right up to us then proceeded to the table that was seated AFTER US. Instead of being a grown up and asking someone else to serve us he still continued to ignore us. I find this terribly rude and by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I will definitely not be going back here because even when you tell management about the situation they still didn't do anything or care about losing our service.

There are a lot of moving parts to this facility so I can only imagine it's not easy to manage but I'm pretty confident from the reviews and comments I hear from other people who have gone this place will not survive. Would love to see you turn it around. Invest in your people and please do everyone a favor and either improve your pizzas or take them off the menu.

My rating is regarding the food. I had the grilled veggie wrap which was very lackluster and small... my boyfriend had the pork chop which he said was incredibly chewy ďż˝ . He also ordered gravy with his meal, which I tried out on my French fries and it was horrid. All it tasted like was flour & pepper... really just a sad experience food wise. Next time we'll just stop for fast food first and then go play.

Made no sense. They compâd it. After axe throwing we went upstairs to the bar to have a drink and it was slow again to the point were they compâd the drinks, the waitress and told us that the bartender was not trained. Really poor food quality and service.

I ordered the calamari for my appetizer.. Which was fishy and for my main I had the rack ribs. The most annoying thing is that.. the waitress brought them out at same time! So I have to eat it all quickly before the food got cold.
My teenage daughter's soccer team had a team building night here. Food & drinks so over priced for what they offer, we left went to the Keg ate and then came back for the girls to play on the games. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Me and my friend went in For a beverage. I ordered a double margarita and it came half empty in a short glass. I asked her for more ice to make my drink full and she gave me 3 more pieces. Customers across the bar got the same drink and was surprised when they were served with half empty drinks also. When I proceeded to tell the bartender while paying she took great offence and was very snotty. Well prob opt to not go there anymore.
If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I have given this place 3 fair tryâs to impress and it has failed MISERABLY each time. The third time I decided to keep my receipt and reach out to management to see if it was something they were willing to resolve, but I have quickly learned that once theyâve ripped you off and taken your money they donât care to return any calls or emails. I left a poor experience survey and the general manager(Bryan campbell) emailed me saying he would call me to further discuss the experience âearly in the weekâ. That was on Feb 23 and I havenât had any follow up or anything. I canât believe the lack of customer service.... canât even manage to return an email.... explains why every other aspect of this establishment is equally disappointing. For a reference point, I first reached out about the experience on feb 18th and STILL havenât even had a chance to speak to someone about my concerns when they were the ones who asked me to be available to discuss after my poor survey. Honestly Iâd prefer if they would have just emailed back and said âwe donât care, have a nice dayâ

I have never in my life experienced such horrible wait staff. It is like watching toddlers run around without parental supervision. Just pure laziness and lack of attention to detail and their customers. Management needs to fire everyone including themselves. Pure example of how pathetic the newer generation in the work force is.
Came to the rec room after a sports game with friends. We were the only people in "the loft". Since we had a table of 8 an 18% gratuity was automatically added. Service did not deserve such a large tip, especially considering we were the only table. Multiple staff members visibly standing around doing nothing.
Food was extremely over priced. Ordered a Vegan Bowl for 18 dollars. Got half a cup of wild rice, with 4 pieces each of cauliflower (small florets), cherry tomatoes, squash chunks, and something else I can't even recall. It was honestly like 3 dollars worth of ingredients.
Friends ordered pretzels and they were frozen on the inside. One was comp'd the other was not, reason was that one pretzel was more eaten than the other....
Bills came back to pay, beers were all mixed up so the totals were all wrong.
Found the rec room to be lacking overall.
Will not likely return.

I canât say anything about the food or drinks as we didnât have either but the gaming was a blast. I love the bracelet idea , no losing tickets or tokens. Fabulous place imo. Happy family here ďż˝

Buffalo popcorn chicken FTW! As for the arcade, it was kinda meh (for me that is but I'm an asshole). They had some cool games but I found maybe 6 of them worth playing. Didn't get to axe throwing but people seemed to be having a blast with it. VR looked interesting. Plenty of spots for it. Overall a pleasant experience.
Took our 4 year old son here yesterday. They had tons of games that he was able to play. They only thing I don't like is we got the $30 package that gave us 200 credits. When it was time to see what our son could get with his tickets, he barely had enough for anything in their store ( he had won 550 tickets). I get that they need to make money, but 200 tickets for a package of starbursts?!!!
The mashed Potatoes claimed to be garlic whipped, but tasted over done out of the microwave and a cardboard box, they were luke warm at best along with the gravy. The rotisserie chicken was precooked, frozen, and reheated leaving it dry and flavorless. The asparagus was good at least.
