Ok experience. Food was good, service could be a lot better.

I was so looking forward to finally going to this place with my company for our Christmas get together. There were 3 piano players last night, a female and 2 males. The female came to our table to take requests. I gave her 3 songs. I realized they were playing mostly songs where people gave them a tip with their request, so I went to the female player a bit later and gave her $20.00 to play one of my songs, my fav Christmas song Oh Holy Night. Didn't know we were supposed to tip with our song request initially. I could not stay late as had to work the next morning and told her that. She only played and sang earlier for about 10 minutes. The other 2 guys played until 10:30 p.m. and I had to go. So I paid $20.00 and didn't get to hear my song. Was disappointed because she was a great piano player and had a beautiful voice. Thought my money was as good as anyone else's. Guess not! The 2 guys seemed to take over the show and the night! Food was good, but expensive for the portions. Waitress service was good at the onset, but spent 10 minutes trying to chase her down just to get a special coffee!

Booked a table for 15 people for a girl friends 30th birthday. I booked three weeks in advance, and ordered bottle service. My credit card was about to expire and was expected my new one in the mail any day. The management assured me that the table would be held. Two day later called with new number, and was informed they gave away the table. With no remorse I was informed we could come and stand.

Two meals; one great and one not good. My meal was a delicious, very large burger that was $15. My boyfriend ordered a $18 steak burger, which was a completely different story. Firstly it wasn't a burger it was just on one slice of bread. And the cut of steak was so tiny that he was able to eat it in THREE bites. When we asked the waitress about it because we thought it couldn't be right, that maybe the $18 was the dinner size price (as we were there for lunch) she said it was correct. Having to go somewhere after a meal to buy more food dropped what would have been a 5 star rating to a 2.

We just celebrated my girlfriends birthday and the service was great. Our server was on point! For group of our size i know how difficult it can be. The entertainment was awesome as well! Great show. To top it all off the management stopped in to see how everything working out. Definitely going back in the near future!
