Worth every penny.... we reserve a "room with a view" and could't get anything better. The food at the Primrose was just fantastic and the overall service provided by the staff all around the hotel unbeatable. Dont miss it.

Where do I start? What a stay we have had at your hotel. Absolutely outstanding. Your staff, service, food and accommodation were fantastic. The staff could not do enough for us. Having spent the last 10 days here I have returned to the UK with nothing but praise for The Rimrock. We would recommend to anyone coming to Banff.

What wonderful place to stay. Great view from our room, very nice staff and Chis the concierge is as cool as they come. We’re going back and the Rimrock is where we’ll lay our heads.

We visited the hotel to eat at Eden . We enjoy our fine dining and this place didn’t disappoint. It was magical , from the snowy view of the ice rink in the Forrest to the comfy plush leather seats . The food was unique and delicious and the wine pairing was a taste bud adventure. I am gluten free and was catered for impeccably . We had the coconut crusted wild boar for main course and it was delicious. Would love to visit again next time maybe as hotel guests too .

We spent 6 nights at the Rimrock with or children and we we very impressed with the accommodations,friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone from the valet, front desk, waiters and waitresses, bartenders, and concierge was fantastic and always patient and willing to help. Breakfast at the primrose was nice and easy in the morning and dinner at the larkspur in the evening was good as well. Very pleasurable stay and looking forward to going back.

We planned for a girls weekend away to relax. What we didn’t plan for was the incredible staff, monumental views, deliciously inventive food, beautiful spa, and atmosphere that makes you want to get to know everyone you meet! Loved every second of our trip at The Rimrock ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful stay over the Easter long weekend - unbeatable views, gorgeous rooms, facilities, and venues, and friendly and attentive staff for whom client service is taken seriously, as evidenced by their exceptional and thorough attention to detail. We were made to feel welcome and valued at every turn. I already look forward to the next opportunity to stay again in future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The free shuttle bus to town was regular. The decor was really tasteful with floral arrangements, paintings and even sugar-art. Most of all, the view from our room and the dining room was amazing.

I booked a 50th birthday treat for 10 days along with 3 other couples in March. The check in was very fast & the luggage was there immediately. Our room was so comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and the view was uterly breath taking. I never drew the curtains! It is situated out of town & away from all the crowds. There is a regular shuttle to take you there, as well as a free local bus pass.



The breakfast was very yummy with plenty of choice. I will miss the omelette & pancakes and great view! The smoothies are delicious too.



The swimming pool & spa were great & very clean just wish we had more hours in the day to enjoy them! The pool is large and there is a super warm jet pool to lounge around in. A sauna & steam room take your caches & pains away.



The bar & Larkspur is nothing short of fabulous. The cocktails are perfect, the fire in the bar is just amazing & the food is delicious. Most importantly the bar staff were friendly, professional and fun. We all had a really good giggle! (Black panthers?!)



The concierge service is the best I have ever used. Hats off to Chris! I don't ski so was given plenty of advice & ideas. He helped me sort out a cake, he always had a friendly smile & we had a fun chat every day!



We found the Rimrock fantastic. The genuine warmth of the staff was really what made the difference. I've stayed in many hotels across the world & this is by far my favourite.



My only complaint is the use of straws! Pls use paper ones! The environment is far more important. Lead the way Rimrock!



We are looking forward to hopefully staying with you in the fall & it will be beautiful to see all the greenery around the hotel.

By far, one of the best hotel experiences of my life. My fiancé and I stayed the weekend for his 30th birthday, and it was wonderful. Even though we had the “obstructed view”, the trees were beautiful and the privacy was nice. The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfy, I had one of the best sleeps of my life. The cost of movie rentals and the dining in the hotel are quite pricy but the experience was worth it. I’ll definitely go again. 💗

By far one of my favorite resorts. The views are unreal and the service and food are just icing on the cake! A must-stay when you are in the area!

Breathtaking views. Top of the line service, cleanliness, friendliness. We were on the top(9th floor), though only 3 floors are above ground. Easy accessibility to Mountaintop gondola, caves. Downtown shopping / restaurants also readily accessible by free shuttle provided. We had the Mother’s Day buffet and it was the best ever ! A real treat. Salmon, Oysters, crab, prime rib, roast lamb, Canada wild game pot pie, and the desserts were astounding and delicious. I highly recommend a treat for mom at this once in a lifetime buffet. A bit pricey but well worth the views and memories.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff offering amazing hospitality.The decor was very uplifting with beautiful art pieces and restaurants offered great service with great food.The view offered an amazing relaxing atmosphere complemented by the comfortable lounging love seats and chairs. Great place for business and or just a weekend getaway to rejuvenate.

Amazing service, breathtaking views and peaceful seclusion for those much needed times away from life’s hectic times. We upgraded to the premium room for my wife’s birthday and This hotel never disappoints striving for the very best service, cleanliness and quality. Staff all smile and say hello. Restaurants and lounges excellent and especially beautiful during the Christmas season. Pools and amenities all very well maintained and clean, not over the top but simplicity for convenience. Comfortably parked a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the heated and secured parkade. Our room service was excellent, food was terrific and staff extremely friendly. We’ve been coming to the Rimrock for years and completely worth every dollar in contrast to some of the higher end hotels for double the price or higher (not naming any). Highly recommend getting on their Royalty Rewards plan. Get the Royal treatment.

This hotel was amazing to stay at even just for the one night. The decor and atmosphere was always amazing and the Primrose Restaurant had an awesome menu. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the lack of exceptional customer service. From check in, restaurant service and valet, no one had a clue about customer service at all! Overall, it was an amazing hotel. I would recommend it to anyone!

I was going back and forth between giving the Rimrock a 2 star or a 3 but the experience and the ambience was pleasant enough. We just have some issues like a) 21$/day parking fee for a parking space that is very cramped; b)at dinner at the Larkspur, the fish and chips was noted the chef specialty however when it came it was a burnt and greasy, it looks like they forgot it in the frier after they turned it off; c)the water pressure in the bathroom were not the greatest; d)lastly, the walls were paper thin, we actually heard the people in the next room having sex. Had to turn the volume on the tv up. ���

A very small regular buffet. Too salty. for the price was way to high. Will not be going back. After we paid the bill. We sat around for a while n no service was given to us. No water nothing....N they said they would give us a voucher for the parking which they did but we still had to pay to get out. We had to ask for the.vouxher. they forgot to give it to us.

No greetings at the front desk whatsoever, no complementary water bottles in the room, we stayed in almost all the big hotels, they all have great staff n complementary water bottles, might not come back again...
