COMPANY PROFILE:

The Shiny Diner is a custom built concession trailer that looks like a 1950’s style roadside diner. The Diner is owned and operated by Richard and Dorothy Elniski.

The Shiny Diner is built on a two axle trailer. It is a large unit measuring 8 ft wide, 16 ft long and 11 ft tall. The exterior is clad in stainless steel, as are the interior walls and counter tops. It has 6 Plexiglas windows two of which open for serving customers.

It is easy for the customer to see inside the Diner, thus giving it excellent curb appeal.
That’s why we named it “THE SHINY DINER”.

The Diner contains a 36 inch Char-Broiler, three refrigerators, three food warmers, a microwave oven and a deep freeze. It has a hand washing sink, a triple compartment dish washing sink, a hot water heater, a 40 gallon fresh water tank and a 50 gallon waste water tank.

The Shiny Diner is Alberta Health and Environment compliant and has a valid food handling permit. This allows the Diner to sell food any place in Alberta.

As a mobile unit, the Diner can be taken to any venue that attracts large crowds of people, such a rodeos, air shows, fairs, sporting events or corporate BBQ’s.

The Shiny Diner sells only “Top Quality Products” from name brand companies that already have strong market recognition. This is in keeping with our philosophy of offering the customer a top quality product at a reasonable price.

The Shiny Diner “Look” will bring them in, and the excellent food and service will keep them coming back for more.

We purchase our All Beef Hot Dogs, Double Smoked Farmer’s Sausage, and Bratwurst from Harvest Foods Ltd. Their meats are all naturally smoked and contain no fillers or MSG. Their products were chosen as the “Best in the Market” after our own extensive food tasting tests.

¼ lb All Beef Hot Dog
¼ lb All Beef Chili Dog
¼ lb Double Smoked Farmer’s Sausage
¼ lb Bratwurst
Chili by the Bowl

Prepackaged individually wrapped ice-cream products by Chapman’s

Potato Chips by Old Dutch.

Beverages: Coke, Pepsi, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Aquafina Bottled Water.
