I just came back from this store and I bought one tablet from there. Customer service was great . John who sold us the tablet was very knowledgeable and professional he gave us very good information about the product that we purchased. I definitely go to this store for shopping.

I've been searching and doing research on finding headphones I was confortable for listening to music with my smartphone and using it with my PS4. A lot of stores doesn't have everything on display. The staff and the manager Jeff were nice and friendly enough to make sure I would buy headphones which I became satisfied for the price I was willing to pay. I went with the $50 sony headpbones. The base and trebble is perfect for my confort. I was quite suprise and amazed how much customer service has improved over the years at this location. I would highly recommend this location.

Worst experience I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. So I went in there to change my battery as I have the warranty program with them that I initially purchased at Sunridge mall. I forgot that I had changed my last batteries at the Toyota dealership when I last had my vehicle serviced. When I went into the source, I realized that the last time the battery was not switched at the source. That is fine, I offered to pay for it. I was then verbally assaulted by this 60 year old man that I believe was the store manager, he was talking out loud to his coworker right in front of me, accusing me of trying to cheat them out of a battery, saying that I am probably just trying to get a battery switched from one of my other key fobs. I thought that was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, he didn't have to say the things he said, I told the representative what had happened and I still paid for the battery. If you want to get treated like crap, by all means go to this location. I would advise everyone to avoid this dump like a plague and go to a different source location.
