Very disappointing..l felt cheated, they offered me a very good plan for virgin mobile which is 90dollar for 6gb but then everytime l check my online virgin account it says there my plan is 100 dollar for 4 gb and l spoke to the cutomer service virgin and she told me that lt was noted in my account that l only get that 90$ for 6gb in a year but it suppose to be 2yrs.. and she also said they dont have that such plan the 90 for 6gb.. 😡
I took that offer because its very good deal but found out its a lie.. and also offered me samsung tab for 15 dollar amount and since l trusted them l ddnt check the tab because l was in the rush too because l stayed there for more than an hour just dealing that plan.. but when l came home l found out that the tablet is not a samsung it was zte.. such a bad luck for me..

I went in looking for an FM antenna for my clock radio. All they sell are cell phones. They don't do anything else. This is not a real The Source store. They could not help me with anything else. They couldn't recommend anywhere else in the mall for me. The staff were not helpful

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very poor and disgusting customer service. They never really help you for what you actually need, instead always forcing you to get a new phone. And they completely lie to me about giving me "the best deal." There is a line between offering and forcing. Never going back again, and will make sure anyone that I know, doesn't go there either. And if you are reading this, please do not go to the source. There's a lot of other places that won't force you to buy their product and that are actually helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would for the 0 service I got. Didn't need much to be honest. Just a cord. There was 5 staff members "working". 2 of which was forcing a phone deal on a lady while the other 3 stood at the cash on their phones. Not once did they even look up at me... Didnt end up buying a cord cause they didn't have the length I needed. I hope the Source learns to manage staff better and save their money because I don't think they need more than 2 people working at once, rather than paying people to stand around and literally do NOTHING.

I should give 5Stars for this coz I got a great deal with a smartwach but minus 3stars coz of irritating staff! Very pushy, making out stories, doesn't know things bout their job, questioning customers' knowledge bout what they want! They gave me an open box and said if those won't get sold they will just end In trash! Seriously!? And one keeps asking me bout my phone and provider and he's selling me an S7 I said I still have my S5 and S6 and I'll just wait for S8 and he contradicted saying they stopped manufacturing NoteS8! WTF! bunch of #@%$! I know I'm in Calgary but it feels like I'm in Punjabi in this store😖

Went in to buy a laptop, and I'm a student so I wanted something on the cheaper side ($300-$400), and he kept trying sell me this $1300 weird German designed laptop, even though I clearly wasn't interested. And then while I was purchasing the one I wanted, he kept pushing me to get the extended warranty even though I said I didn't want it. I know he was just doing his job but I really don't like being pressured like that, and I just felt like he wasn't acting in my best interest as a customer. So the store itself was fine but the experience wasn't the best.
