Go in to buy batteries for a watch, and they'll try and sell you a cell phone plan with Bell.

They don't normally have what I am looking for in electronics. Though staff will advise where you can find an item at another shop.

If you are getting a new phone this is definitely not a good place to go. Staff have no knowledge. The staff wrote on my contract Friday, Saturday and Sunday is free calling anytime. He also said Virgin to Virgin calling is free. When my usage was exceeded to $30, they can only refund $6.50 about my friday callings. When I asked if it's free to call friends who are Virgin(mobile) members, two of the staff said yes. But they couldn't help and give due credit to the wrong information they are giving. Worst customer service. So disappointing.
