Super unprofessinal , went in to return unused headphones as a thought they were overpriced , and the manager has his cellphone to his head while hes talking to me saying they cant take it back , anyways they were super rude and im upset that the original source didnt clarify with me that even if the box is open you cant return it, should be policy to warn clients , should be policy as well to not be on a celular device while talking to costumers

Came in to buy a new Galaxy S8 on Virgin and the fellow that was helping me got really pushy the second he found out I wanted a phone. This same employee then told me he couldn't sell me a phone if I wanted to buy it outright, even though I already have an account with Virgin, and lied to me about the recent CRTC ruling that will allow for phones to be unlocked for free.

I get that this guy probably has zero say in the policies of the store, but it's pretty ridiculous that they wont sell me a product because they would rather keep their stock in case someone comes in looking for that phone with a plan, as they make more money that way. I also hate being lied to.

Strange they will turn away customers when electronics retail is such a competitive market. I'll never set foot in this store again, instead I'll go to BestBuy on 17th or just get my stuff of Amazon.

Got a bunch of burnable DVDs for super cheap during a sale.

Last time I was there, I had an amazing experience with the sales person.
