Everyone at this store was more than helpful. Welcoming atmosphere and polite staff. Don't let these past reviews deter you from going to this location as they almost did for me.

Absolutely NO customer service. I was the only customer in the store for a long time and there were literally 4 employees in a group socialing. I needed help with a purchase, but walked out instead. Never will go back.

Not a diverse staff here, I bought an iPod Nano with extended warranty came here to get a replacement debated with sales associate that I had the warranty he couldn't find it on their list. Called a few days later another guy found my proof of purchase in 5 minutes.

Awesome discount on phones

This place is a joke. Doesn't honor their return policy, staff is arrogant and rude, the 800 number didn't provide ANY help. Don't deal with these goofs. My experience today is why they are going out of business. And I'm having a party when they close their doors. Good riddance to the source and radio shack.
