Good service and knowledgeable staff (for longboards at least, that's why I was there)

All the staff are helpful and friendly. The manager is excellent as well, handled my purchase change with ease. They are knowledgable with any questions I had, I highly recommend this location and store.

Staff were always friendly when I was looking for something. If I couldn't find it they would show me where it was or tell me when they are receiving stock. Really good about exchanges if you purchase a warranty.

Needed a mouse in a hurry for a meeting. These guys sold me a Microsoft Arc mouse and removed the AA batteries that come with the box. They Boxed it up without batteries and I simply didn't notice until I came home. I wish I could say it was just an honest mistake. Really disappointed to be cheated as it was my first time in the mall.

Absolutely the most amazing customer service I've experienced. Although I did not catch the employees name, his name did start with an s, he went above and beyond to help me replace my fm transmitter. I have went to 6 other sources in Calgary, but he's the only one that actually helped me find and replace it despite not having it in stock.
