Poor supply of electronic parts.

Had Chris put away a click this morning. The young guy was very friendly, very helpfull was really pleased. I just wanted to thank him for a job well done, keep up the good job.
He has a great personality, thanks, I'll go back for sure.

I went to return some things that were UNUSED and I was refused a return or even a store credit because I was over the 30 days. I just got off the phone with customer service and they also refused me as well. I bought my phone and my mother's phone there with phone subscriptions. She has had nothing but trouble with her phone and they refused to repair or replace it. I have spent a lot of money there over the years but I NEVER shop there again!!! What a horrible way to treat your loyal customer! Update: I eventually received a store credit after writing a negative review on their Facebook page and now go to WEM location and deal with Adam. He is really professional and helpful. If he doesn't know the answer, he will do his best to find out for you. I should also mention that Mitchell was awesome when he used to work at the Spruce Grove location.

Walked in the store today looking to buy a new home theatre system. Not one individual even acknowledged us there. Even walked up to the counter to get some help...they wouldn't even look at me. Wanted to keep things local but had to go to Best Buy and spend my $6000 there. Very poor customer service.

Good service

So went into the store to buy a storage usb for my wii-u. Talked to the clerk who was told me that instead he runs a sd card for his storage amd its the only way to give the consle more memory. So after i had put it in, it turned out that sd is only for the wii part of the wii-u. I attempted to return it to get it switched out but i got refused saying that its not their problem. I will never shop at another source related retailer again.
