We were late for a couple of reasons however the staff were still friendly and accommodating. There was then an incident where the massage therapist had to leave for a few minutes due a family situation, the staff were able to find another therapist to finish my husband's massage and ended up providing their services complimentary. We were very pleasantly surprised as this was a proactive solution on their end. Thank you!

The spa is absolutely stunning! While I was skeptical on how big the space would be once you’re inside it’s wonderful! I love the decor and it’s very clean. My massage therapist Monica was great and it was exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family.

The Spa Ritual provides an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door. Very friendly, and professional staff. Makes the stress and tension melt away. Treatments are top notch! Highly recommend Chris for massage and the microdermabrasion facial ....my favorites!! �

I’ve only had the one treatment here but it felt like an entire afternoon of pampering!! From the moment you walk in the smell and sounds alone puts you at ease. Not to mention the women’s changing room with the infrared sauna! The warm stone loungers and tranquil lighting are such amazing features to enjoy before stepping into your treatment room. Loved every moment of my time here and look forward to the next visit! 5/5

It was my first time waxing, and it was my private part... I was very anxious at first, but very knowledgeable reseptionist on the phone guided me through the steps to make an appointment as “tentative service”. And at the time of waxing, the esthetician was very calm and explained options and procedures throughly. Everyone at this spa was very professional, and I will love to go back again!

I went in to purchase some Lovefresh products the other day and they were very welcoming and kind to show me where to find them!

After purchasing the products, a couple of days later I noticed I was accidentally overcharged on one of the products. (Mistakes happen! :) ). I called back and they were able to look up the receipt. They were very understanding and are in the process of refunding the charge.

Extremely grateful! Thanks again!

I enjoyed the experience of the facial that I received. It was relaxing and calm and the environment was a good one to get a break from my kids. The spa is a bit pricy but still worth the experience I received.

I am lucky enough to pop up about once a year for a massage or a treatment and I wish it was more. Such a hidden gem in the NW - it's pristine inside and the staff is super friendly.

For our 26th anniversary we decided to treat ourselves with a Thai room escape package. This was my husband's 1st experience with massage or spa treatment. We both really enjoyed our spa day and have promised to have more spa days together to unwind and connect. We loved the whole experience and will be back.

Every time I have gone for a massage at Spa Ritual it exceeded my expectations. Both Amanda and Steve helped bring peace and calmness to my mind and body through their technically well thought out massage practise. It brought me joy and peace , that is why Spa Ritual is my "happy place".
